Also.. do a search of Stephen Decatur in Tripoli harbor avenging his brother James Decatur after James had been killed in action. Then do a search of Decatur with the U.S.S. Philadelphia. Horatio Nelson called it the "most daring naval act of the age". High praise for Americans at the time.

Wanna meet a real geek? The USS Lakota in DS9 was the USS Enterprise-B, pulled out of retirement, given extra arliment, a different name and Registry Number. Picard was Captain of the Enterprise of that time.

Isn't including the space shuttle Enterprise something of a temporal anomaly, since it was named *after* the Enterprise from ToS?? :-D
