Used mine to repair two tires the other day. Just remember to push down real hard the side opposite the point where the tool connects with the tire. Use warm, very soapy water to help lubricate the dry rubber and rim so they slip past each other without ripping or gashing the tire. Make sure the bushing components are snugged down real tight so the tire won't spin as you try to remove the tire off the rim or put the tire back on. For what it costs, it's ok. I'd buy another one, if mine breaks

There's a reason why they don't show a dismount. This thing beats up on your nice quad wheels. It's a piece of crap, don't buy it.

What is used as the lubricant? I've heard some folks use liquid dish soap.
