I love your playing!! I have a cello but don't know how to start... There aren't anyone in my city that teach how to play and I don't know how to tune it! It's so beautiful, either way! : )
You are great at cello. I play the bass guitar, and cello is one of the many instruments I hope I can get the joy of learning how to play. Cellos are one of the many instruments that can move your emotions easily.
i think you are an amazing cellist.i have watched many of your videos and they are very inspriring to me.i think you should play the gigue from bachs 3rd suite.i am working on that now and it is quite fun.i am only 13 and have been playing for 2 years so you would most likely master it much faster than i.
I love your playing! I play the violin and everytime I listen to one of your pieces, I go practising right away :) maybe I'll also learn to play the cello one day :)
Out of all the instruments in the string family, cello is my favorite. I played violin for a year and then switched. I've been playing cello now for 7 years. I love your videos and they are very inspiring
You are so good at the cello I just found your videos you should be very proud you have talent and can play like many wish they could. How long have you been playing?
God bless you youtube.com, I have never been able to see good Cellos play like these unless I had rehersals, this is fantastic, you're a fantastic cellist, well played!
wow very nice. i'm playing the whole first suite at a friend's confirmation next week. i noticed you played an E flat in the third bar of the second minuet which is what i do too, despite there being no indication of it being flat in my copy or any other i've seen. it sounds right though. anyway, i'm looking forward to next episode.
agreed, please start including the titles of the pieces you play! This has already been suggested from the 1st performance.
I disagree about formal dress, I think the informal setting is great, it makes things seem more relaxed and approachable. Just about any public classical performance will have some guy in an obviously uncomfortable tux. That is really unnecessary since there is only one player in this setting. No need for uniforms.
Hi good job. Please mention the composer and name of the piece next time. I think it will help promote classical music to those who are not very knowledgeable about it.
great work. you're doing a wonderful thing for the classical music genre by bringing it into the 21st century.
Now that's a cello player! I was waiting for something truly up-beat, and there you have it! But next, I suggest something in that of a minor-key. I love minor keys on a cello.
i would just love to here you attept to play Mozart's Requiem mass Lacrimosa even if its written for violin. Of course it would be an adaptation but it would be worth it. Your certainly a talented.
You play wonderfully and I love that I can watch the performance as well as hear it. :) I love the upbeat tune of this one :) This is exposing me to such great music!
That was seriously awesome. I actually just recently played that song in a district UIL Solo and Ensemble contest on my cello. The judge was rather frank and said that I sucked. Now I see why. Now I see how Bach is meant to be played.
hahaha, kinda makes me sad that i can't play like that with my saxophone. truly, your performances inspire me to be better at my musical capabilities. i look forward to your future episodes!
I am astonished by your playing. I just discovered Cello Journey and it has literally made my day. Thank you so much for your beautiful playing, and I look foward to much more.
A nice performance. Your love of the Cello comes through. My only recommendations are improvements in the studio appearance and maybe a little more formal attire, etc. lighting etc. but really, hey, its okay.
for DTD .. it's from Bach cello suites ..... i forgot this one is which one.. haha since i'm not a cellist.... anyway ... the 1st piece in cellojourney #1 is the prelude of the 1st Suite
Cuz its sounds more happy you know alot of bach cello things sound so sad.. and yeah I know also beautifull But im myself more a fan of this kinda music
great job though
