They don't mention much about how the 4-yr old died. His family lived in a trailer park with no shelter. They drove across town to seek shelter in someone's home only to have their vehicle hit by a roof that flew off a nearby home as they were nearing that shelter. At least that's what I heard.

The theme package is "It's All Right Here" by Frank Gari. This theme was also used on KOCO's sister station KUSA in Denver.

Thanks for that info...I was able to recognize the tune when I was able to get WTOV-TV down in Stubenville, Ohio and Wheeling WV.
