People do not like irritating crime, so it is perfectly acceptable to turn the tables on people like vandals, graffiti artists, etc. Of course, since this is merely irritating crime, rehabilitation is probably the best solution.

The rich singles moving into Midtown should expect some irritating crime, but it is also reasonable for them to take actions against it.

A majority of poor inner city Blacks are good citizens; but the few violent criminals ruin things for everyone. In many poor neighborhoods rents are cheaper and landlords are more likely to ignore criminal records.

I look down upon the man in the video because he is a petty thief (and apparently he is not being a thief just to survive), not because of his skin color.

I actually saw the man walking around on my street last night. I won't say precisely where but it was in Midtown (or 3rd Ward as it SHOULD RIGHTLY be called). Now I remember him. I've seen him making his nightly runs for years. He mostly goes through garbage cans to salvage junk to sale. I hope that box he stole contained thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. That'll teach the intruders who move into other folks neighborhoods and play the part of the frightened embattled homeowner.

Oh how hilarious. That's good for the stuck-up people of midtown who move into an area and arrest people (who have been in that area most of their lives) for trespassing and such. When you have a bit of money to spend, I think the best way to avoid being the victim of a crime is to move into an area where the crime rate is much lower.
