What a great idea! Just got to make it discreet instead of a box attached to the wall that needs batteries. Make it a hard wired system with a hidden motion detector with an intergrated speaker system. The only flaw that I see is multiple users using the system all at once. ie a crowded restroom at a club.
I got a better idea...try using toilet paper instead of your hand. It works great! I can use the pot (1 or 2) and never once touch my own body or any resulting body fluid. I wash my hands because they are dirty but not because using the bathoom caused the problem! Toilet paper.....a simply great invention!
