Gen X, Stuck Between Self Absorbed Baby Boomers and Gen Y

This women comes off very condescending which is typical Baby Boomer. She wants to tell generation Y exactly whats wrong with them while trying to relate to generation X by establishing a link with how they were raised similarly by strict parents. She further gains their admiration by apologizing to them for her generation sins.

The truth is the majority of the great problems this country faces is a direct results of the past 20 to 30 years that the boomers have been in power governing.
