  • god i got this on video i love this but cant get the song any where ..... come day go day wish in my heart it was sunday

  • The song is "Whiskey on a Sunday". There are a few popular versions, The Dubliners and Foster & Allen. None rival Rolf's version with the music box tinkling bittersweet in the background. If anyone knows where I can find a copy I would be most obliged!

  • I have heard nearly every version of this song and never shed a tear but when Rolf sings it my heart breaks and i can't stop crying. I have loved this film since i was a kid. It brings back so many memories.

  • Too true. I also love this film, and use this song as a lullaby for my daughter, I'd love to find a copy of the music box Rolf sings with in the film

  • I meant my comments for copenhagen and Usnarl

  • You can find it on his album 'Now and Then' :)

  • i last saw the movie in the early 80's i'm watching clip with a lump in my throat!! thanks!!!

  • Call me nostalgic, but I saw this and started crying a little. I remember when I was just 5 or 6 and watching this on TV and being so happy. I'm 31 and would definitely buy this on DVD.

  • Toby and the Koala Bear! It's so nice to see this again. I remember renting it from the video store as a child in the mid-late 80s.

  • Wow ! thanks for putting this clip up. I haven't seen this since 1979. I had the great pleasure of working for Yoram Gross at the time (1979). I worked as an animation camerman, so i can now see some of work that I got to shoot , I learned heaps from him and got to meet the amazing Rolf Harris, what a

    nice guy. Thanks again.

  • Does anyone know if this movie is available on DVD anywhere? My old decaying VHS copy is nearing its last days. Any information would be much appreciated.
