This is a terrible facility. My grandmother was dropped by staff who failed to report the incident to family and the state Once I made a complaint, the state found the facility, and employees, to be in violation of a number of state rules. Rule in place to protect our loved ones.
I would advise all persons to find an alternative to placing your loved ones not be under the care of Ron and Monica Bell at CBCFl!
I disagree with that last comment. I've worked at care facilities in which I would never recommend anyone going to, but Columbia Basin is NOT one of them! The care of the residents is the PRIMARY concern. The residents are treated very well, and if it comes to Ron or Monica's attention that the residents are not being treated well, rest assured the situation will be fixed. If there is one place I would recommend for senior care, Columbia Basin is most definitely IT!!!!

If you have a loved one in need of a good long term care facility, consider your options. Columbia Basin Care Facility is ran by an administrator that sees your grandmother, grandfather, mother, father, aunt, uncle, etc... As nothing more than a dollar sign.
Why is it that there is a constant shortage of basic supplies (attends, gloves, resident snacks, etc...) at CBCF?
