  • it`s because of the perspective paint down and on the back....your brain it`s used with the perspective,so

the back sphere seems to be larger beeing the same size,...normally should be paint smaller...

  • in the words of yoda small i am but kick your ass i will

  • send me the template, my email is cresthawk_21@yahoo.com

  • The object that is closest to us is bigger perspective wise just because it simple closer. The farther object is bigger physically because if they were physically the same size the farther away object would be tiny. In real life you could move the objects closer together to see the real size. In a painting you cannot do this they remain the same size. Your eye, being used to actual reality, thinks if you move them closer together one will be smaller than the other.

  • @Nicro327 So in the painting he moves them closer together and your mind/brain is confused because it thought if you moved them together one would eventually become smaller because of the way they are placed in the painting. To prove that I am right, back far away from someone then lift your hand up in a pinching shape and try to "pinch" the person's head that is far away. Adjust your position/distance from them so their head fits into your fingers. Google "crushing obama head" to understand...

  • Its hard to explain but I figured it out the second the video started. It has to do with perception. I don't feel like typing the rest out on my phone for now though...

  • well this trick is done by the ground. as you can when he pull a pieces he goes a litlle bit up so how it's done the ground is not straight

  • not really. the one in the back is a litttle bigger.

  • @NeKoShinn666 its not, the cutting out just wasnt perfect. :D if it was COMPLETELY perfect, they would be the same.

  • @Killerificc1 Its not the same,If you look clousely at the back one at the lower right side to the middle its bigger. its all darker part of the cirlcle. the back one is bigger by a bit.

  • thumbs up if Daneboe brought u here :D

  • @DaddysDevil1 yeah

  • Thats what she said...

  • Is it an illusion bcuz the same sized but looking bigger ball is in a different surrounding therefore it makes it look bigger by what the surroundings look like?

  • is it because the backgrounds 3d or something??

  • Brusspup & Greeenpro together..... Is the best idea i want to see.... wish that would happen....

  • it just looks bigger becose its further

  • The circles are of different sizes...at least the ones he doesn`t move...the ones that he moves are same sized...

The circle on top looks and IS bigger, but because of the shade, it gives the impression that the circle he moves cover the whole area of the bigger circle...

    Am i wrong?

  • @Bichermuesli Yes, you are wrong. The answer is usually always in the surroundings; in this case the narrow "passage" of where the ball in the back is placed, makes it seem bigger than the one infront. The one infront seems smaller because the walls of the "passage" is further apart. Many illusions "force" you to focus at certain elements in order to trick your brain. The key is to look at the entire "image"; both circles are, infact, the same size.

  • @Fonjin Yeah...you are probably right...it is such a good Illusion that somehow leads one to think that it is not possible...thankx.

  • It's just the proportion that our eyes are meant to see.(: The human mind is so amazing. We make things so much more complicated than what it needs to be.

  • @ShyShySevenfold0x or do our minds make things more simple than what they need to be?

  • Rooming effect ..

  • argh my eyes hurt

  • I must have one helluva tiny cortex.

  • EPIC FAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • are you hacking the real world? CHEATS

  • umm..................Where was I? oh yeah! WOW

  • He tells you they are not the same but he is just bending the ball to different size with his mind while he's moving them. Only logical answer

  • yah the upper one is bigger. Its a cheating illusion. damn. the shade made it look like the same size a little bit

  • The upper one is actually bigger.

  • DUDE! stop fucking with my brain! D:

  • Size DOES matter...

  • I had nightmares after watching this ...-.-

  • poof mind blowing

  • awesome!

  • I was looking at it wrong and say they were the same size before you did it :(

  • Thumbs up if u think brusspup and greenpro working together is a bad idea

  • Now Im starting to wonder if my eye balls are the same size because of your illusion.... Great job dude!

  • :O kind of hard to think how tou did it but once i had the idea, is pretty simple.....is just a "change" of size because of the perspective u gave the drawing ive done this in school

  • is not the same size

  • @MalanguitoOfficial sadly, I hope you are not blind :)

  • same size theyr texture fucks your mind :D

  • STOP FUCKING WITH MY MIND!!!

  • The title should be "So Size doesn't matter?"

  • This is an angle issue !

    A brain thing ! ! !

  • once agan in you have mind *Uc$ed me, I feel violated jk cool vid

  • They're not the same size, lol. At least, the cut-outs are inconsistent with the size of the ball they start on. When the brighter ball is put over the ball at the back, there is still a patch of it visible underneath. The only illusion is that the colour of the ball blends with the shading so it looks like the balls that he moves around, fit on either, even though the back one actually IS bigger.

  • Power of prospectical view

  • So... the farther away from a man the fatter I look?

  • in 2D they are the same size but the brain process the picture as 3D because of the depth , in reality the paper is flat.

In other words, I´m just explaining what everyone knows already haha.

  • total hax!

  • It's because of the shadow and the picture viewpoint.

  • Very very nice!

  • Brain...melting...must...thumb...up.....*head explodes*

  • lets face it

what would happen if brusspup and greenpro teamed up to make an optical illusion?

  • @zeratul575

Thumbs up if you want to see that happen. We live in different parts of the country but I'm sure we could pull it off.

  • @greeenpro2009 THUMBS UP FROM ME!!

  • @greeenpro2009 THROUGH SKYPE

  • @greeenpro2009 THROUGH SKYPE

  • @greeenpro2009 DOOOO IT!!!! THAT WOULD BE SOOOOOO AWESOME!!!

  • @zeratul575 it would be awsome, but i think it would destroy our minds with what they might come up with.

  • @zeratul575 The illusion would be a masterpiece.

  • @zeratul575 Don't forget @Rxe08 !!!!!!

  • @zeratul575 the biggest mindf**k EVER!!!!

  • *manly stretch* Yeeeeah, my visual cortex is HUUUuuuuge!

  • Love the illusions, keep it up!

  • Every time I see a "What's the difference between the color/shade/size I always guess nothing. Because if there is a difference, what makes it interesting? Simple logic. =] I should finish my algebra homework now. . .

  • wow didn't see that one coming :P keep it up love the illusions :D

  • The brick wall. :D

Crossing my eyes helped out with seeing that the 2 balls are the same size.

  • i guess the brick wall makes the illusion...

  • Your videos make me feel like I have a dumb brain.

  • nice

  • Well, the sphere in the back has shadow all over it. The sphere in the front, when moved, is placed only on the lit parts of the back circle. There is still a bit of the dark area of the back sphere showing. What do I win?

  • @kaviar101 agree!

  • great!!!

  • Crazy!

  • Brusspup VS Greenpro2009!

  • wow! interesting...

  • wow, i first thought the bigg stone would flow over the little one and crash it :)

  • You can tell that the ball that is supposed to appear larger is actually larger by about 2mm. You can tell when he moves the small ball into the large ball spot and there's still room leftover, and when he moves the large ball into the small ball spot, it actually covers the whole thing, and more.

  • @AnythingLoud 2mm, it could just be a printing error, 2mm is like the size of an ant.

  • @MHDuPont Yes, it is about the size of an ant. But 2mm is a lot compared to how small this picture is.

  • i'm just glad it wasnt the same color. or my mind would...become non existent.

  • I measured it on my screen and from the starting position the upper ball is acctually 1/8 inches larger... on my screen it came in as 1 1/4 and the other one was 1 1/8...

    HAHA!

  • isnt perspective awesome

  • WHAT THE HELL?! MY MIND, IT BREAKS!!!!

  • mind melting!

  • @ the title: That's what she said.

  • the illusion of perspective makes you think that the "farther one" must be bigger

  • Idk if it this the trick, But your eyes can trick you by how far it is, your eyes see the object diffrently size by how far it is from the same one, Like the mug you did. One close to it and one far away from it make it seem diffrent from your eyes view but when it next to each other, it the same size. Idk if im right but awesome :P

  • if you look at it from an angle it wont fool your eyes :D

  • this reminds me of the fa-fa-fa-ba-ba-ba audio illusion. you also find something wrong only because your reasoning tells you so

  • this vids are awesome, but mind fucking!

  • FAKE!!! Well isnt an illusion fake?

  • That is one of the best illusions I've seen. Fav'd!

  • seriously dude, are u trying to kill me?

  • FAKE!

just kidding. My mind is blown

  • wow

am guessin it looks larger bcuz if the walls

  • mind= blown

  • Your balls are the same size!

  • kinda obvious but cool man :)

  • dude u must be cool to have brusspup master of all illusions to say its cool dont worry im subscribed

  • this is size does not matters

  • cool

  • Havent seen this 1 be4, thumbs up!

  • that looks so cool man!

  • @brusspup Thanks buddy. Glad you stuck w/ the Tron illusion...it turned out awesome!

  • @brusspup hey man, big fan of your work :)

  • visual cortex?...but what happens when one can turn the illusion on and off? i'm able to see it both ways..i can see the illusion but when i change the way i look at it i can tell it's the same size...or is that just my mind interfering since i knew that the sizes are the same..

  • it is actually abit bigger, look at the size difference when he puts the 'smaller' one on the 'bigger' one, theres some at the bottom.

when he puts the 'bigger' one on the 'smaller' one, you can see that it is actually bigger abit. :P

  • I think my mind just got raped...

  • 2min ill come back when im high

  • @Dookiii You you think thats cool?

  • from wide to narrow. this thing hacked your brain.

  • ....

  • nice but old

  • does it have to do with the light and shadows or are you just GODLY

  • @those " Fake " comment... I don't think they understand what illusion mean..... ( thump up )

  • i love your vids their great when taking a break ;)

  • stop.... making... my... head..... EXPLOAD!!!!

  • FAKE!

  • @groovydoobey It's real,if it was fake it would miss some of the frames and if you cant tell when it's fake or not your just bieng stupid

  • @hypedlololol relax i know its real. im just kidding. and im not supid. no one is.

  • @groovydoobey Sorry then,i just hate those guys that say that all is fake and stuff

  • :D

  • Looked fake to me.

  • @TeamLaughOutLoud it's a simple trick, same size object in 2 different sized area's look different in size

  • @TeamLaughOutLoud Tell me 1 idea how it could be fake!

  • @VideoRanter it looks like when he moves the small one to the large one it looks that it just went over a small area and the shadow isn't covered. i dont quite know how to explain it, just watch it and watch the shadow of the large one.

  • Wow, that's cool!

Do you have a template or a picture to print out? :)

  • Oh my :D

  • i might unsub cuz ur making my mind freak out lol

  • shadow ftw!

  • This illusion works because the wall on the back is smaller than the opening, at least in the angle we are given. Since the balls are round, our brain will think it is MUCH bigger than the one not on the wall hence the perspective. Am I right? :D

  • wow

  • wtf haha

  • You Got Me..

  • Ahhhhh trippy!!
