His medical condition is more serious than he is letting on and that is why he should be required to step away and pick a successor. No one else is going to take that job with him hovering over every step. Therefore he needs to either stay the head coach and take a break for a while or quit. Urban had a nervous breakdown. He cant take losing. It's common for people to have chest pains, breathing problems, lose or gain rapid weight during these times. Its clear he is being heavily medicated with depression like drugs, to calm him down and stop his panic and stress.

My guess is he is done, as it would be hard to coach while under heavy medication that dopes you up to work properly.
