  • Right now in canada you would use a blade to cut the grass insted of a plow and it is only the start of march

  • 4 people are jealous!

  • Awesome!

  • It works! :D win!

  • Really nice... enjoyed watching that. Those locos keep the plow moving nicely. :)

  • Where I live the snow would be to deep it would be a snow tunnel

  • how many locos

  • Are these powered by a DC power pack or they operated using DCC?

  • Didnt you have to be really careful not to step on your tracks?

  • In real life there was tons of snow when i was on the Amtrak California Zephyr and I actually saw the snowplow come by with lots of equipment and machinery and we had to stay stopped on the train for a good 45 minutes.

  • Man, that sure was a lot of snow. The plow almost got buried a few times XD

  • Dude! I just know you couldn't wait for the first snowfall to try this out!

  • your locos plowing very well than mine's

  • great video!

  • Awesome!

  • only one locomotive works?

  • Very nice video you share here, thank´s

  • Aaah but to be a bachelor

  • And it's connected to your house that is so cool

  • lol a caboose!

  • @MrBlueboy6666 They have to have somewhere to make the coffee ;) The real guys do it too.

  • it would be a lot easyer if the snow was G-scale

  • Nice video. Up here in Canada our "first" snowfalls can be pretty menacing. Often a lot in the first shot. Can hardly wait to get my garden railroad built here at our new place. Your video helps me to think about how to build in order to facilitate our snowfalls! Thanks eh...Brian.

  • Haha in real life that would be a 10-15 ft snow storm! Rio grande to the resque lol

  • how high is the plow? like in inches im considering buying one

  • s that a trainy door at the end

  • That is soooo cute!

  • Fantastic job!

  • At first I thought you were over doing it with 4 locomotives but after a bit I understand why. Very neat!

  • that is totally awesome !!

  • that train goes in your house?!

  • Thank you - this was great.... Just like Minnesota, without the cold... :)

  • cooool man

  • To Cool.

  • nice, so strong.

how much Volt and Ampere you use?

  • Just found this video, and man that was so cool !! I was sure you were battery, track power very nice! That's a lot of weight being pushed when you think about it, great tractive effort here. Were all the units powered? I guess so? Thanks for the video!

  • cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooollllllllllllllllllllllllllll

  • At 1.26 did you say sh*t?? LMAO

  • @KymmieLou1987: I heard the same thing. XD

  • That's pretty awesome.

  • BEAUTYFULL

  • i think you need a rotory snowplow

  • wow that much have been a wild storm

  • That is very cool!

Please make more videos from your railway!

  • dude that is cool!

  • Awesome!

  • 380Banshee:with snow cannon:)

I think it is real snow

  • How did you make the SNOW?

  • @380Banshee

    Rain and cold.

  • amazing good set really good

  • Great job~ that is really a neat set up.!

  • What an awesome set, would love to do something like that someday.

  • Please make more videos

  • You're my first look at this scale train. I like it! And, how do you arrange for just the right amount of snow to fall? ;-)

  • Excellent clip ... 5/5

  • best video ever!!!

  • where do you live?

  • since it is electric wouldn't the snow wreak the engine and the track??

  • I thought that at first to, But since they are made for indoors/outdoors they can get wet. The eletric circuts are sealed where water normal can't get to it.

  • what was the unhealthy-sounding high-pitched whining noise at bout 01:20?

  • i like you setup a lot. wish i had mine still set up in the basement. i had antiques too

  • mind talking about some? because ive got some old train stuff too

  • Coool!!!

  • Awesome Video 5/5 & Fav

  • Outstanding. One has to love snow & trains. We did not get any snow this year (rare) so could not play in snow. Great job. 5 stars.

  • wow man this is wonderful good job i really like the bridge area looks great and good filming guys what city is this in looks like CANADA somewere i live in CANADA london fyi hope to see it some time r y a n k o k e 11 @ h o t m a i l . c o m

  • kool

  • ok u know ur a freakin maniac hey ...but hey i am too lol very nice job buddy im impressed

    take care

  • truly fantastic setup immpressive to say the least great video

  • Incredible, one of the best plow videos that I have seen!!

  • Love it!!

  • Very cool. Came across the link while browsing DGRS. I was hoping to see the Zephyer come out :)

  • gah lucky. I live in colorado and the only think i can plow snow with is a USA trains NW2.....and it doesnt even have a pilot plow... But nice video.

  • cool i thought the train would derail

  • That is fantastic video, but for the record, what is the plow's ballasted weight; and are all loco's powered, and their weight? I'm sure it would take some great effort to run a plow train like that!

  • Thats awesome! But howcome I hear an ALCo in the midst of an all EMD consist?

  • The traction is SUPER IMPRESSIVE. Keeping the plow on the tracks is a real accomplishment. Track work also has to dialed in. I had a large G layout here in SoCal but never had to contend with snow. Great stuff!

  • thats cool!

  • does it go into your house?

  • Kickass!

  • Go to a store that sells "Garden Railways" magazine. Many vendors listed in the magazine can get you started!

  • That is so cool. I need to get a plow for my layout. Is it track power, or battery?

  • Track power - I made sure it was clean in anticipation of the snow.

  • Im in the Denver area. I just pile rocks into the gondola section of the plow. The plow has ball bearing wheels to handle the load. It can bust through drifts up to 9 inches or so. But for sustained plowing 6 inches in the tallest I like to do.

  • @goalie2112 Canterberry Crossing in P?

  • Where are you located? Very cool looking. Does the snow ever get too much for the plow? Is it weighted?
