Ive done one before! There really wierd but what you doo is you ggo and if you try out and get a call back(i did) then they ask you to go to this place that costs 2000$ where theres cerlebirties. And after you go for a while they choose if your good or not. I didnt pay 2000 so ohh well. But its in los vegas but tryouts where in FL

@autumn8872 Hey, I want to let you know castings (legit ones) are only dished out by agents. There are agents in NJ, (Mount Holly and farther up) and if you're serious about this you wouldn't be doing it to be famous. You would do it because you love it. Chances are you won't get famous and you won't get good pay. It's a terrible thing to say but it's the truth of the industry. If you need help finding an agent to contact ask me because I live in NJ and know some good ones. Good luck! :)

@pedrommat no, you don't need to be a citizen to get the audition, but i'm pretty sure you would need a legal working permit to work in the USA (if you get the part). The only exception to the citizenship would be if you needed to live there while filming.

@nikaxx1 no because you need a working visa to be a legal working person in the us, and you need to be able to fly out every time they want you in america. it’s not something that is typically done.

@CallaLily95 Open castings happen in England, not often, but they do. There are plenty of forums and websites discussing online casting calls. Screenterrier (dot) com is a good one to check often.

Omg I really wanna go to this but the thing is I live in New York City. The only way I can get to Texas is if I take a plane on Friday and return on Sunday. Do you guys think I should take the risk and go to Texas to see if I can make it? I do not have much experience but I am really motivated into making it into the entertainment industry. The only thing is that I don't want my parents to sped like a thousand dollars for a one night thing if I don't even make it. What do you guys think??

Is this going to be like a cattle call. Where they have a bunch of people come in then, if your picked they make you pay ALOT of money to go to this place to be infront of a bunch of agents and stuff...because I've been to like 2 of those.
