@SonataArctica1212 To start there's half naked people in strange masks making awkward poses around Death who's standing on something that reminds me of something one could find in a casino, perhaps on a roulette table. Then there's the fact it looks like some terrible computer graphics typical of the time it was released, 2003. Also, many people have commented that the album's artwork is bad, reviewers and all those people.
