This is a replica because it doesn't have the serial on it's side. All new line original Sea Dwellers have'em. Replicas don't.

FAKE!!!!!! look at the blue paint on the crown> All fakes have this. Besides this the REAL one has the barcode plastic sticker on the side of the watch.
