And I think that The horrors, if asked, would not denied the influence. They already claimed to be inspired by lots of bands ---- count fives inspired the name of the song Cound in Five, the name of the song Sheena is a Parasite was inspired by sheena is a punk rocker by Ramones etc.

I have not read any recent interviews yet, and maybe they have already admitted the influence to this song somewhere, as they have done it before.
