  • AWESOME DUDE!!!!!!

  • epic. we know our rights. they hate the fact that we are informed. good vid

  • oregon rocks. i live mt hood and i make tons of adventure videos. i have over 360 vids. i do firearms videos. real and airsoft. but i am deep in the mts in real cool locations. gear vids. survival skill vids. snowcaves. snowshoes. shelter building. fire starting. bmx. snowboarding. rafting etc. tons of vidoes. fellow oregonian. peace.

  • i laughed at the annotations. goes to show that cops arent always the smartest

  • You were open carry while video taping in a downtown area. I don't see why your surprised that they stopped you? That's suspicious to me so it has got to be suspicious to them. I'm all for gun rights but when people like you push the boundaries then legislation against firearms gets pushed. This stuff doesn't help gun owners or open carry laws. You seem like a good guy but some poeple do some whacky stuff like recording a shooting. Video camera +gun+metro area = suspicion.

  • @msalak87 Like i said in the video I have been open carrying, for 5 years now, and only been stopped once. My intent was to show how people do not freak out, which they didn't, just this rookie cop.

  • I've been watching non-top videos of cops detaining and questioning citizens for open carry. And every time they say something along the lines of "Well we've stopped you because you're carrying a gun, people can see you carrying a gun and that scares people" And the only thing I can think to myself is.. "wow" now you know what citizens feel like when they see a cop walking around with a gun on his hip.

  • really mate? if you have nothing to hide, if you have nothing on your record and you are legally carrying then why be a pain in the ass? let the cops feel top shit for a couple of minutes by checking your i.d. and identifying who you are so they can feel safe to let you into the town. just my POV

  • @JACF7427 Because the police don't "let" me do anything. I do whatever I want. I am not a slave to be told what to do and when to do it and to kiss a cops ass because his pussy hurts. I don't give a shit if it terrifies him into a crippling fear that I am armed. It isn't my problem or my concern.

Your POV is quite concerning that anyone would even think that way.

  • @TheHossUSMC Do you like your 19 better than your 17? I like my 23 better than a 22.

  • @LiveFreeOrDie1985 for EDC I like my 19 better, but I sold it to my dad when times were tough, I'll have to buy it back from him because I miss it.

  • @TheHossUSMC If I win the lottery I will buy you a new one.

  • @LiveFreeOrDie1985 haha nice.

  • @JACF7427 if you give them 1 inch.....tomarrow they will want 1 more , and the day after that another 1 inch . THEY NEVER STOP . if we give them everything they want they STILL wouldnt be happy .

  • I love any video of an American citizen asserting his rights to the police, but I must stay it's very rare you see police responding this politely, even when being filmed. That's nice to see as well. I have never in my life seen a cop respond to peaceful resistance with anything other than shock tactics and intimidation.

  • ignorant cops if anyone should know the law its them

  • Lmao! Those cops felt really stupid, I'm sure.

  • i think that cop is gay...literally with his gay partner...and this guy smoked alot of ganja befor this vid lol

  • @ganjayoyokilla I wish I did. I have never smoked the cannabis myself, but one day maybe.

  • @TheHossUSMC lol...its a nice feeling

  • I can understand two of the three points of view mentioned in this video. The law abiding citizen carrying a firearm in the open, and the police officers responding to the call. I don't, however, understand the folks who called the police because you walk down the road ready to protect yourself. People are chicken sh these days and the commonly misguided belief is that guns are tools for crime. Thank you for doing your part in educating the general public, keep it up, and Semper Fidelis.

  • "So like I was saying" haha nice. I do understand the cops, and in honestly you are being a difficult shit lol your open carrying to thumb your nose and the 5-0 lol But hey do your thang, I dont believe in open carry, i feel it causes more harm then good, but thats why America is great. Semper Fi

  • What is so hard about showing your ID to the cops? I understand you are not legally obligated to show your ID but I'm sure you can understand from the cop's perspective that it looks suspicious. Just my 2 cents.

  • @guage20 What is so hard about minding your own business and not concerning oneself with some one who clearly is not engaging in criminal activity?

  • hahaha good man, loved those annotations you put on the cops, dead on, thumbs up, applause.

  • @HOSSUSMC. I believe it is a deterrent to criminals when they see someone who has a openly carried firearm. What criminal in their right mind is going to commit a crime when they see a man carrying a firearm??? Good job defending our rights as citizens! Thank you HossUSMC!

  • @ HossUSMC - In PA it is legal to open carry. We only need a permit for concealed carry. A few years ago a retired gentleman who was openly carrying a 357 Mag. attended a campaign rally in a PUBLIC PARK. He was immediately arrested for "disturbing the peace" and "disorderly conduct". This made headlines in our local news media. After a long court battle, all charges were dismissed. He was going to sue the local police and Sheriff's dept. But decided not to when they made a public apology.

  • This is where concealed carry is a better option. Some people freak out and do stupid stuff like this. You can be safe, secure and ready to defend yourself with a concealed firearm and avoid the hassle.

  • @paulcyr22 I thank God you live in Canada too. Please stay the fuck out of my country.

  • @TheHossUSMC and you wonder why racism, murder , poor education and no equality are in the usa. you have school shootings, work shootings, murdered everyday due to your outdated laws. Half my family lives and is born in the USA, and i dont feel safe in the smallest of towns....you guys just hide behind the same laws people in the 1800s lived by......so i take it you believe that you should own a black person for your own personal doings as well?

  • @paulcyr22 You are so cute. It's funny when people are willing to, almost violently, defend the rapist that is raping them every day. Enjoy your slavery in Canada!

  • @TheHossUSMC the police ask you because they arent sure if your the psycho thats about to walk into a building and shoot it up, yes police can be over the top, but just like any job there are assholes in them....point is, when your only egging on people by carrying a weapon ..it makes normal people uneasy.....and people like you are the ones who arent aware of anything in the world except for where you live......maybe you should educate yourself

  • @paulcyr22 Maybe you should educate yourself, carrying firearms does not make people nervous here. I have been to the other side of the world and back more than once. I suggest you get out of your socialist country sometime and see the world for what it is.

  • @paulcyr22 It was changed, see the 13th amendment (1865) and the 19th amendment(1920). Our president is black and our secretary of state is a woman...I'm sorry America frightens you so much :( Have a good day.

  • I prob would have shown them my permit, thanked them for doing their job and gone on my way. No big deal and next time they see me everything will be good.

  • @2012mrdon I don't need a permit to open carry.

  • everyone like your self should open carry every day to let people know its your right in that state. like he said that folks may not recognize and understand that. The cop statement is to my understanding of the English language is that people in the city dont know that you can open carry LOL now thats bad maybe the police should educate callers that its the law LOL

  • maybe cause im a cop myself and im not from the states, but i dont see the point why you would carry a pistol, for everyone to see (Hell carrying it at all for that matters.) while walking down the street. I just dont get the point. And i dont mean this as a insult . I mean this as a real question. And please dont respond with.. "Because we can"

  • @spitcross Do you carry in a pistol in your work?

  • @TheHossUSMC Yes.. my job obligates me to carry one. The grandpa from Germany. The Walther P5. Horrible pistol but what can you do...

  • @spitcross I assume you carry that pistol to address threats that warrant it. I carry for the same reason. A police officer is not always by my side as i travel around, and I can't afford a body guard. In my country we recognize the human right to defend oneself, and I choose to fully exercise that right.

  • @TheHossUSMC i understand you feel that way, and a lot op people who are pro on carrying a firearm use that reason, but in my opinion, if everyone thinks like that and carry`s a weapon, you are creating a reason to carry a weapon, and in essence making the streets less save. But maybe that`s just my European thinking.

  • @spitcross Contrary to popular belief crime is lower in areas where people carry more firearms. It may be difficult to understand how our country works, it is even for a lot of Americans, but the individual here is sovereign not the government. As sovereigns of this nation we are not allowed to keep and bear firearms, it is our right, and duty, to keep and bear firearms.

  • @TheHossUSMC Like i sad, it maybe European thinking, and a mater of what your used to, but i stick to logical thinking and popular belief. people are animals and will resort to using a firearm more quickly if they are wildly available. 1/2

  • @TheHossUSMC 2/2 For comparison, I noticed that the officer you were talking to had 3 mag`s on his belt and i assume 1 mag in his pistol. The only reason its so much, cause there is a bigger change of him coming in contact with a person using a gun. I only carry 1 mag on my belt and 1 in my gun. 16 rounds in total. I dont need that much cause there are less guns on the street, Legal and illegal. It maybe left-wing thinking, but its simple mathematics

  • @spitcross The officer in question was carrying a 1911, i dob;t know why since that is not the issued firearm, but that gives him 32 rounds in total. I always carry at least 13, if I have my pocket pistol, and 35 rounds if I am carrying my full size firearm.

If you wanna talk numbers look into the rate of violent crime and the number of guns anywhere. Regardless of all those facts we still have the right to keep and bear arms.

  • @TheHossUSMC well like i sad, it a matter of where you grew up. But the argument, "we have the right to keep and bear arms". Is what i mend with, please dont say, "because we can". But we are going in circles so i think we should agree to disagree, dont you think;)

  • @spitcross Why not say because we have the right to bear arms? It is no less valid because your country doesn't recognize that right.

  • @spitcross i carry a gun because a policeman is to heavy

  • @rabidgnome1 haha now thats a good reason! :P

  • @rabidgnome1 haha now thats a good reason! :P

  • is that what they really said cuz i thought that was pretty funny

  • "Why open carry if it alarms people around you?" is a stupid thing to think. The same could be asked, "Why let open carry alarm you?". If you honestly support CC but not OC because it "alarms you" or anyone else, you have some problems. There's no difference to anyone around you, as you have a firearm either way. Enough of this "oh my, he has a big bad gun and I'm so scared! put it away so I'm not scared!" bullshit.

  • do you have Id?? yep. can i see it?? nope... hahahaha i love it. thats awesome great video!!!

  • I would have handled things slightly differently. showing your ID may have done no harm and could have put the LEO's minds at ease before they let you go. I personally feel that being a compliant citizen is more effective than being a rebellious one who knows the laws. You were in the right either way,but it gives us a bad rep sometimes when we as Firearm owners and carriers rebel against the police. It may not have been rebellion but it comes accross negative.either way good job just an opinion

  • @topgun08848 How was I not compliant/ I followed the law to the T. The officers however were on the borer of violating the law though. Maybe you should brush up on your political philosophy, but we live in a constitutional republic. Meaning that the law rules the land, and that law dictates what the police can and cannot do.

  • Hey brother, this is Etrain and I just want you to know that I'm proud that I live in the same country as you. You and people like you keep us free. You not letting people strip your rights as an American and as a human is what real freedom is about. I hope more Americans learn what real freedom is and what It means. Thank you Hoss.

  • @etrainyates Thanks, I 'm happy I am an American, and I hope that I can represent what is good in the Nation.

  • Semper Fi bro!

  • thats awesome that you know the law!

  • That would get you 10 year in the jail in the UK.

As an outsider looking in, it is amazing the difference in attitudes, not just between the UK and USA, but from state to state in the USA. I just watched a video where a cop was encouraging people to open carry. He said, cops can't be everywhere, 24 hours a day so there is a duty on individuals to protect themselves and each other, and then here we have cops harassing a guy for open carrying.

  • @MrNobody808 You said it man. Every state is sooooo different its ridiculous. In states like Utah, every other person has a gun on their belt whereas in California its illegal.

  • Wow! good for you man!...bravo....we wouldnt get away with that here in the Peoples Republik of NewJerseyStan....the gestapo would have imprisoned us for terrorism, and even sent to gitmo

  • why don't the police educate the complaining party instead of harassing the open carry guys

  • in england everyone open carries and no one cares

  • @TheJimsterJim wut, i thought all guns were illegal in england?

  • @Klayperson haha yeah they are, its so bad here, all i get to do is shoot air rifles and go clay pigeon shooting which cost looads. when i went to america i got a chance to shoot assault rifles, loads of handguns for peanuts! love it there :D

  • wow owned..love it

  • just walk away ..

  • alarm..and so fucking wat u pig..hes doing it cuz its his right..u fucking pig...not a officer of the law but a pig..pig

  • @Pete1987pl oink

  • Your captions were great when the officers were chatting with each other hahaha

  • fucking amazing man !!!! stupid Cops think that we're idiots and we dont know our rights

  • i just love these type of videos !! i like that when they ask why you r carrying ?? DA.... BECAUSE I CAN !!!! ITS MY RIGHT.

  • Good vid, Hoss. Standing up for the most basic human right that exists. Molon Labe.

  • HAHA this was great man, damn cops. I think its funny how some fellow Americans don't even know what our 2nd Amendment is, and freak out when they see someone with a gun other than a cop. Makes me wonder how they would cope back in the day or even now in a bum fuck country.

  • dude you rock,i have a permit to carry n 1 time i got pulled over for speeding n the law requires me to tell the officer that i have a permit n im carrying, well i was out of my truck n in the back of his vechicle, i had to go to court because he felt threatened because i have alot of tattoos n the way i said it to him he said, i got it back but a whole lot of shit for it

  • i hate how they lied and said someone called them about it they just went up to them on their bikes lol

  • Doesnt suprise me they stopped you. Most police departments here in oregon freak out when they "get calls". Especially in Newberg.

  • they use that "I got a call" excuse to stop you!.. lol

  • What's gets me is that these fucking pigs stop u without any cause and then try to condemn u for having a video camera. That young pig is treating a law abiding citizen like we live in fucking communist China. Fuck him! Good job Bro. Keep up the Good work

  • that cop is gay, he seems like he got picked on in school and now he needs to prove himself

  • It is a thread supporting you, Sir.

  • politicalbuddies(Dot)com/f75/2nd-amendment-persecution-video-4096/#post47858

  • I'm just curious what were to happen if you used your gun to protect your self if you come into a certain situation? I'm from Canada and open carry is not legal here.

  • @young7m depends, but most of the time they take the gun for a while to do some technical law stuff with it and they give it back after a while.

  • @TheHossUSMC Provided you adhere to the defense act. Which is you are allowed to shoot to defend yourself but if you fire more than necessary they will roast you alive. Gotta love how necessary is one fucking time in most self defense prosecutions.

  • No i don't ill show if to you haha

  • FIrst off Sweet Beard, and even sweeter Stash. 2nd off you where well in your rights, and kudos. sir

  • Love your mustache :D

  • ik i love eugene i have had a track meet there last year and i did well in my events

  • Good job, you know how to say the right things.. "I'm not required to show my ID," "No, I don't think I have to show it to you" "Are you detaining me or am I free to go?" I'm surprised the cop didn't ask to check if the gun is loaded. But if they did, they have a right to look but you can say "I don't condone to searches" I learned all this the past day.

  • @kenlee514 Not trying to bash but rather help educate, The police have no right to stop an open carrier and check to see if their firearm is loaded and most states allow for open carry of a loaded firearm, the only state I know of that actually allow cops to violate ones rights to the degree where they can inspect your firearm is California, which does not allow for OC of a loaded firearm.

  • What's the point in open carry anyway? I understand it's your right and it's technically okay to do so, but do you honestly see the advantage in it? The point in carrying a concealed firearm is so you can defend yourself and your loved ones when the situation arises. That's thrown out the window when the bad guy knows who is armed, and goes straight for your before you can even realize what's going on.

  • @rramero1 Studies and interviews have shown that a criminal would go for an easier target i.e. someone unarmed before an armed person. No different than traveling in groups for the same reason. Think of a lion, it picks out the weakest pray. That also negates the 'illogical criminal' argument, I dont think lions use logic much. Violent crime from a moral, social, ect.. stand point is not logical.

  • You are trying to be difficult... Your walking down the street with a open carry and then when a cop just wants to see your ID you wont show them. You know that you could have been on your way alot faster if you just showed them it.

  • @4221joel Actually, if you haven't noticed, cops lately are becoming bullies. The cop is trying to make it seem like it's wrong to use the rights we were givin. And taking the ID usually takes longer because they ALWAYS walk away with it and call it in. Just like now, he tried to be crafty and say he wanted it to check to see if he's a felon and etc. You also need to remember, they work for us. Not the other way around.

  • @BigJoeker Yeah those cops also arent over weight and have a comic/hipster boy beard. They work for us and they asked him for ID to keep us safe.

  • @4221joel What does his weight and beard have to do with anything? You're worse then the cops.

  • @BigJoeker Im saying you look like any ghetto ass person who lives in eugene. Nobody knows what you would do and why you would be down town with a gun showing. If you really werent doing this for attention you would keep your gun under your clothes or away so people wont get scared to death.

  • @4221joel Criminals have something to hide. People that open carry help deter potential criminals cause they see they have a gun. Since they take the time and have pride in it, very unlikely they'll use it in a negative way. You as one person can stop a crime quicker then running for help...just by pointing a pistol. And as my CCW Instructor said, "An armed state, is a safe state." And if people get scared of it, they just need to grow up.

  • I dont like that cop. he's rude !

  • If people don't exercise their rights then they go away (the rights, not the people), so yes maybe he is being deliberately provocative, but if it were a more common practice to do things like this-then the cops might learn the law better as well. Some people don't have the resources to fix it when cops violate the law after the fact (because lawyers are expensive) so know your rights, don't be poor or be thankful that some obstinate types have taken it upon themselves to educate the cops.

  • Good job!! People are paranoid now? Wait until the SHTF and we all are walking and or running around carrying!

  • No fair! Only police officers can have guns! Why would a citizen possibly want a firearm when we have fine upstanding officers of the law to protect us who have never been demonstrated to be corrupt in the entire history of US law enforcement? /sarcasm.

An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.

  • @birdlegs86

Police are there to maintain a certain level of community safety, but they aren't there to ensure personal safety. That's why the Supreme Court absolved them of being accountable for personal safety in various court decisions.

Just because one takes a more active role in personal safety, that doesn't mean that there isn't a role for the police in one's life. However, the primary role in personal safety is assumed by the individual.

  • But you are causing troubles... People are alarmed by seeing you walking around with a gun, it´s disrespectful. I´m all for gun rights, but there are limits. If I get lost, and I walk up to your house to ask for directions, would you be okay with me carrying a gun?

  • @swertinge07 You DO NOT support gun rights then do you? I wouldn't give a shit if you carried an RPG on your back up to my door.

  • @TheHossUSMC I do support gun rights, I think the laws in my country are to strict, but why open carry if it alarms people around you?

  • @swertinge07 dis respectfulness is not hurting people lol... People need to come to the realization that the world is a harsh place. People die and guns(or people) kill people. Our forefathers knew this is true and they granted us this amazing and awesome right that we can arm our selves for self defense. To protect ourselves, from others, and most importantly, from our government. interesting right? you'd learn much more if you looked into American rights more :P i would be ok

  • @MinditeBaller Again, it´s okay to carry a gun and to protect yourself (or others) as needed, but why do it openly if people doesn´t like it? You want your fellow men to accept your right to carry a gun so accept that they don´t want to see it, or?

In the end, if you piss off enough people, the laws will change (democracy and majority rule and such)...

  • @swertinge07 Yes. I would be perfectly okay with it.

  • Well played devil dog. Good cops though, at least they understood your rights. That's how cops should be.

  • And to those people who don't like the police, don't call 911 next time you have an emergency, it wastes their time to deal with you're petty drama filled lives.

  • So, let me ask you this? Would you rather have an officer contact someone that is open carrying to confirm they are not a dangerous person, don't have warrants, and are not convicted felons? I'm all for you legal rights, as long as you a person who can be trusted to do so. I know you said you didn't "intentionally" try to get stopped, but judging by your other videos, I think you did just to get a rise out of them. I am also pretty sure you are another one of those redneck sovereign nation boys.

  • @birdlegs86 You are confusing the word rights with the word privilege. And no I am not a "redneck sovereign nation boy" I am not affiliated with any group, and you haven't watched enough of my videos if you think that.

  • @birdlegs86 -If the officer has no reason to believe the person is dangerous or a felon, then he needs to leave the guy alone and respect the US Constitution because we are a free people!

  • UR FUNNY did u really hear the pigs say that

  • 3 Words...Good for you!!

  • never seen ya around. eugene is great though.

  • @MadamTampini I don't go downtown much. I used to work at the Indigo District a long long time ago, back when it was cool.

  • I really enjoyed this video. 1. Because the civilian clearly knew his states gun laws. Most people don't and brazenly push police officiers to try and prove a point. 2. The cops did what I would expect from them. Verify the gun holder wasn't a threat and let him go about his day. Both did a great job representating.

  • This is a video of how the police handle this. And this is how the police should have handle this when they got the call or the person came to them. "officer, there is a man down the street with a gun" "is it in a holster? or is he pointing it?" "it's in a holster on his hip" "well, in Oregon, we have right to open carry, and from what you tell me there is nothing to worry about, have a nice day"

  • Nice job. But the (bicycle) cops there are cool. In Minneapolis they would have called in a squad car to ram you into the building; then they would have gone to work on you. It would have made the Local News, but only the coverage of the cops getting awards; meanwhile, you lost both of your legs.

  • @PirateSygnal Hahaaaaa!! Sounds like LA or Oakland PD.

  • lol these cops are retarded. lol you can tell they just like to push their supposed weight around :P and good job standing up for yourself. they had no reason to stop you.

  • @TrinityRewind Open carry, because wouldn't you rather know who has a gun than not know who has a gun? And if you are a robber, you WILL NOT rob a person who obviously has a gun. Open carry prevents any confrontation from happening, where as concealed carry means you have to worry about an initial confrontation.

  • @fivefoflow no because that just says things about your gun laws. in your country anyone can own a weapon, fuck, you can buy one from wallmart. American logic say i need a gun to protect myself from others with guns its a cycle. look at how many firearm offenses (killings, woundings, random shootings) you have there and tell me there isnt a problem

  • @TrinityRewind So no criminals have guns in Australia?

  • @TrinityRewind anyone can buy a gun that has no record, and passes a fbi check.some states make you wait days, others like where i live, takes 10 minutes

  • @TrinityRewind America is fucked up, but not because we have guns lol.

  • @TrinityRewind Slow up with all that. We have to go though a long list of checks and references too. Unless it's at a gun show purchase we fill out the app then have to wait 10 days to be properly verified as a normal law abiding citizen.

  • @TrinityRewind -"its a huge long drawn out process of checks and references", and you call us fucked up? LOL

  • @TrinityRewind A 16 year old kid behind the wheel of a car is exponentially more likely to cause harm to others than any citizen legally carrying a firearm. Yet we hand out millions of licenses a year to kids that cause thousands of wrecks.

  • @TrinityRewind My state does not allow open carry, yet we have the most murders in the country every year. Also my friends from australia say its a very racist country, is this true?

  • @DJYC21215 Which country? The US may have racists still around but the majority of us actually dont have brains the size of a walnut. Usually people who come out with racist comments get beat down either in words or literally beat the fuck up lol.

  • @DJYC21215 depends on where you go and who you meet as is with every country. the thing about Australia is unless you are near costal areas the people are like your rednecks

  • I am impressed that you were restrained (nice) enough not to back-talk the police there when they accuse you of scaring people [by having a firearm visible] (by saying "OH YOU MEAN LIKE YOU!")

I wouldn't try that without witnesses, and/or video/audio recording [like you did] since without that, sadly, I would never trust the police not to "discover" (fabricate) some vague probable cause that would later be difficult to prove they /did not have/ in court.

Again, it's sad to fear instead of trust.

  • Excellent job, thank you for standing up for the constitution

  • the speech bubbles are hilarious!

  • Hahaha dude I loved those captions.

  • you figure with all those gadgets on his batman belt he could fit a law book on it somewhere,

  • Very good, brave man ! *thumbs up for him*

  • Awesome video. Way to stay cool.

  • Nice work.

  • The cop says that you have to understand that YOU are causing panic...the 'panic' is on the other people, not on you. That would be like saying your beard and earrings are bothering people. Well, your beard and earrings would for sure bother my grandma, but that's HER problem, not yours. Keep up the open carry, and soon enough it WILL be something that people expect to see everyday!

  • Your mustache is glorious.

  • An it was a lovely 66 degrees that sunny day.... ah the memories.... :)

  • I got stopped by a cop in my city and Here in PA it is also a open carry state(except philly) but one of the cops in my city tried to tell me that i was breaking the law by open carry. I explained him the PA gun laws. He detained me and made me wait as he talked to the chief of police and felt really stupid as he got yelled at by his superior as he don't know gun laws.

  • The young cop was being nothing more than a "Super Cop." Just look at the amount of stuff on his belt vs the older cop. That should tell you everything about his mentality.

  • That cop sounds gay.

  • lol love it! Stand up for you shit man. Subbed just on this video alone. Hope to see more

  • "Mmm no I don't think I'll show it to you." That was awesome man. I would probably have given him my ID but then again I can't even carry yet sooo....

  • lol At toward the end of the video is that really what the cops said?

  • "You realize open carry makes people nervous?" Says the pig without probable cause open carrying. Does that qualify as irony?

  • Dumb ass bike cops.

  • @TheHossUSMC

is it more difficult to get an open carry permit than a concealed carry permit in your state or is there no difference?

  • @MrJohnDevour there is no permit required for open carry in my state, some states don't require a permit for either.

  • @TheHossUSMC

Nice, you look a lot like Ryan Dunn by the way. (R.I.P.)

  • @MrJohnDevour Next time you should tell them ignorance to the law (the people who call the police on you and would be put into panic.) is not your fault. That is such a cop out, the real reason is because the cop no longer feels untouchable because someone else can carry a weapon openly.

  • hey youtube!! im always going to "SKIP AD"!!!!!!!!

  • good for you man

  • funny he says t hat he assumes you must "know the laws"

like if you didn't know the laws then they could jerk you around.

  • Right on man! Way to stand your ground! You did nothing wrong and you were absolutely right! I bet most cops feel that way about us "assholes" who know our rights.

  • What I dont understand is, Has any cops ever seen a crook open carry and stop to talk to them with out being stupid and doing something crazy?. EVERYBODY better get used to the idea that more and more people are carrying openly. If more people do it the crime rate will drop, its a fact!. Thank You for standing up for our rights brother!.
