it would have been sometime between July 1989 and mid-1990, as at that point 10 took out the TV Australia part and it was just a "10" logo. (Apparently the people at Ten hadn't considered that someone else might have the rights to the name "TV Australia" that would threaten legal action if it wasn't removed!)
The X logo was X times better than this ugly piece of Eighties folly.

I just wanted to let you know, this is actually from 1989 and not 1986.
Brisbane was still Channel 0 in 1986.
This Logo or ID didn't happen until after TEN X Logo finished in 1989.
