Roger Whitekar recorded this in 1982 originally, followed by Sheena Easton and Patti in November 1982, Gladys Knight and the Pips recorded it in 1983, and Bette in 1989.

@ramsdenrik Unless Patti recorded it for a project other than her own albums, she's been singing it as a concert staple since that time. It's not on any of her albums.

@phillyTne it was released on this very concert in 1987 on VHS and Laser Disc but not CD, and then later a new version was recorded dedicated to her sister Jackie on her Album Patti Labelle Live! in 1992.
