This video is pretty good demo, for a group practice. Simple , straight-forward, and practical. If they can use the steel Miaodou, not the wooden ones. the look will be much better.

The principles of Katana and Miao Dao are the same. I practice Iaido, Katana weapons and Miao Dao. They are complementary practices.

@rhinokung The katana is a copy of the tang dynasty anti calvary sword. They just used it to cut people as well and changed the name
