If you would like to learn Hebrew I know a great site-Hebrew 4 Christians-just google it! It is FREE and has SOUND! Start as simply as the alphabet, go through the Psalms, learn the Shema, the Names of G-d, the blessings, it has a glossary and much more, FREE! I like the daily site blog that tells of the upcoming Shabbat and Jewish Holidays. It is great. I share because it means so much. Shalom!

You know you are in for something good when right from the get go you can see a purple satin cloth haphazardly strewn across the floor. Good stuff. Isn't that an Eddie James song? He's awesome.
Joel Chernoff (singing in this clip) wrote this song. Its available on Lamb's album "The Sacrifice". I believe Joel and Eddie met at a conference several years back and shared some of their music with each other.
It is one of my favorites, The Ruaj HaKodesh came upon me tonight powerfully. Thank you for sharing The Glory of our Great G_d YHVH and Yeshua our Mashiach and King. Glory to His Name, AleluYah! Miryam.
Oh WOW!!!!!! I just LOVE this. I discovered Joel when he was with Rick Coghill back in the LAMB days. I have loved everything he has ever done. This is a NEAT song. It really brings me to a place of worship. Thank you soooo much for posting this.
I'm agree with you, Praise Adonai YHVH and Yeshua for The Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit)through this song, Blessed is He, who bless His People at this time. Thank You to Joel and Todd for sharing this with all nations. Baruch HaShem! Miryam.
You're most welcome, maximumgravity. I have been a fan of Lamb's since their beginnings, and enjoy their earlier work along with their later. Lamb III in its entirety is one of my all time favorites. But I am glad you were able to find "Lamb Favorites" at your local Christian bookstore. Maybe for your montage you can show footage of Jews praying at the Western Wall, or footage of some of the beautiful spots in Israel - Haifa and En Geddi. God bless and good luck.
Lamb is the "real deal" - and it's great to see Joel Chernoff composing songs and singing them again! I was blessed to see Lamb twice in their heyday - during "Dancing In Jerusalem" and "Seer" tours. The "Beatles of the Messianic Movement."
I just LOVE this song and the worship dancers look so graceful, good job dancers! Its such a privilege to worship our God with all our hearts, souls and Bodies, Bless His Holy Name!! :)
It has done my soul good to hear this recent recording. I have all the early material and Joel's solo works as well. Shalom from the ends of the Earth!
YouTube needs more Lamb videos - does anyone know if the song "Comfort ye my People" is on the net anywhere? I litterally wore out my cassette of this song, and had a very bad digital copy at one point. Everyone needs to hear that song....
"Comfort Ye My People" can be found on two CD's: Lamb III, or Lamb: Trilogy, where an entire CD is devoted to Lamb III. It's a marvelous CD with a wonderful anointing upon it, and it has great impact when listened to in its entirety. I don't know that it's available in video format for YouTube, tho'.
Gertzaddik77, thanks for the info - and what you stated, is correct (obviously). I was able to get the "Lamb Favorites" at my local Christian bookstore, and this had "Comfort ye my People" on it. I hope to create a music montage soon to post on Youtube, as time permits, it is hard to find images that do the song justice. Thanks to you and bobjbush for the heads up!!!
I LOVE this song. Especially the part "search me oh Lord and know my heart, you know my every thought. Come sprinkle me with water clean, restore what I have lost." It's my daily heartcry.
Yipee!! Thank you Yeshua! Joel Chernoff is coming to our congregation in March!! Thank you Yeshua.I love Joel Chernoff!

Excellent and in true "Lamb" form. It reminds me of their stellar record from 1975. Keep up the great work Joel. God Bless you as you have me.

not sure about the clothing, but the song is SO wonderful! Glory be to Yeshua :)

what kind of clothing is that that the dancers are wearing?
Conail23 3 years ago
I think that they are giving The Glory To The Holy One of Yisrael, not to the people, Baruj HaShem, AleluYah!
We have to honor the way others praise G_d in the most respectful way! Hope you understand their heart. Miryam.
