  • @MsBabyBlue0 some people never seem to know the difference between 'freedom of expression' and 'being rude'.

  • @MsBabyBlue0 Her musical expression is a thing of beauty while your expression reveals the cacophony of one lost soul...

  • @Anciaux30 er... thank you for the comment. Mais Elle n'est pas chinoise, elle est coréenne.

  • @Sombody1265 I completely agree with you. :)

She is also my inspiration to play violin eversince i was 7 years old. I am still a big fan of her.

  • @atchooi yes, i was hoping she would be the famous violinist that showed up at my chamber performance last friday, but it was no one ive heard of

  • @atchooi yes, i was hoping she would be the famous violinist that showed up at my chamber performance last friday, but it was no one ive heard of, =(

  • @Sombody1265 Who was the famous violinist?

My daughter said some cello player that she had never heard of turned up at her school (in Scotland). She said was quite good. It was Yo Yo Ma. I mentioned I had heard of him. Who was the famous.

Back to Ms. Chung. She is of course one of my favorites, as are Heifetz and Oistrach. Look them up some time. :)

  • @SugarTomAppleRoger

the famous violinist was someone i have never heard of, it was a big disappointment

  • @Sombody1265 Thanks. Question is was the violinist any good? That is much more important than being famous. :)

  • @SugarTomAppleRoger

idk...... the violinist didnt play, i did, she came to my performance at a dinnner theater, i got a standing applause from the audience, including her, i played nocturne in c# minor, spring (with other orchestra members, i got the solo), concerto in a minor, bach 2nd concert all 3 movements, eine kleine, and got standing applause's, the famous violinist came up to me after show and congratulated me, i dont remember her name though

  • @SugarTomAppleRoger i cant believe your daughter has never heard of yoyoma....... he is like the most famous cellist in the world........ practically a descendent of Jackie.

  • @theodora2005 Sorry. That was before he turned up at the school. I think she was only about 9 at the time. My daughter of course thought he was fantastic and raved about him.

  • ya know what she's amazing though the solo crescendo had some pauses.

  • I have a question, does anyone hear the awkward string noises when she starts playing the solo? D:

  • you guys know how famous she is???

  • I love her expressions she's enjoying the music!

  • I just notised during the triplets she was changing dynamics. O.o Wow.

  • i like her and akiko suwanai too..anyway,no offense, but i rather date akiko than kyung..lol..

  • i've been playin for 3 yrs so far, i play autumn nothing compared to how she played it=)

  • Bravo! Bravisimo!! That's true Vivaldi's spirit. Violin solo is sharp as blade.

  • Heyy, can anyone send me the sheetmusic for this?

  • Sounds great!

  • can you post me loads off vidoes and send me the music please?

  • fabulous. im 10 and i am on grade 5 theory, violin, flute. all grade 5. is that good?

admittedly when i was ten i was in 8th grade violin but thats cos i cant play any other instruments whatsoever! you must be an all-rounder

  • i'm learning this right now

  • Cool ! Howlong do u play violin then, Tay Tay xD (Saw that on ur channel)

  • I've been playing for 1 year. I know its bot that much, but I'm ready for this song!

  • Ella es coreana, usted mente fea. Salga y nunca vuélvase

  • no affence, but i can't understand what u r saying.

  • shion said "that ugly face of chinese". Well, I unfortunately don't speak spanish, so I used internet interpreter to reply him "She is Korean, you ugly mind. Go away and never come back." Is this explanation good enough for you?

  • Thanks...

R U realated to Kyung Wha Chung or R U Kyung wha chung??

    I was wandering...

  • No, I'm just her fan. I don't think Ms Chung needs to promote herself on Youtube! LOL

  • LOL...Thanks...

    and r u Korean?

  • @twofinedays , you don't speak SPANISH ??

  • @komoelorto unfortunately I didn't learn Spanish. For the reply in Spanish up there, I used an internet translator.

  • So what?

  • Cobarde, poco hombre e ignorante!

  • Go fuck yourself, you retarded bitch.

First of all she is Korean.

Second, this is one of the best interpretations I have heard so far.

  • Es emoción, algo qué usted no entenderá ( I love bablefish )

  • perfectly beautiful!!!!

  • Gostei!

  • A most relaxing rendition of Spring. This Korean woman, Chung, has good taste.

  • the expression in her music is absolutley phenomenal!

  • love her face, funny

  • I really love her but this time hav to agree with u.

  • i think i know that but dont worry i might be able to accept her style some day

  • sorry to break ur bubbles but she's playing a bit slow and itzhak perlman is much better thats just a fact

  • Excuse me? There is no 'just a fact' when it comes to art; that's very senseless attitude because without the openess to embrace the diversity, fine art becomes a dead stuffing. You're free to have your preference, free to make criticism, but keep your 'fact' to yourself and don't dare to think it is usniversal 'fact'.

  • I love this slowish and soft rendition of Spring. Relax dude, its a matter of taste.

  • Absolutely right!

  • I think it is taking into account the effects of global warming...

  • best rendition ive ever heardd

  • very nice rendition. like the smooth and soft way she interprates it. didn´t hear the spring like this befor, but it fits so well.. Bravo!

  • Great performance!

  • Not only the music is beautiful, the way they set the orchestra is also very interetsing. Very nice!

  • isnt this a kid peice cuz i am playing it

    i luv da jonas bros♥♥♥♥♥

  • I would kill for her to be my teacher.

  • this piece is so beautiful it makes me cry.

    And I'm not some whimp.

just listening to hte higher notes and the just magnificent melody of it.

    -dun dun dunny du-du-du-du-duuuu-

  • shes amazing. xD. is she Korean though?

  • she is Korean. but why 'though'?

  • Beautiful..Thank you for uploading this beautiful piece. Much appreciate it.

  • Maybe a stupid question but does she play the violin or the viola

  • she plays the violin :)

  • Lol yeah. She's playing a Season Concerto. All of these pieces are really violin concertos.

  • Im much better then her ! (I wish)

  • I cane im much better then her! (I wish)

  • She's the most amazing violinist I've ever seen perform. With her expressiveness and incredible talent, no one can match up to her.

  • let's not understate :D she's great!

  • I absolutely agree.

  • @sujinshin6291 except vivaldi himself :P

  • Kyung Wha Chung is the best with the whole package. Both the emotional expression and performance streak to go along with her intense violin playing! I think her Vivaldi Four Seasons interpretations are absoulutely the best.

  • this is an amazing video. so is the winter one. could u post more of Kyung Wha Chung playing the Four Seasons?
