@MrRahpen If you're talking about EV training, Durants give 2 Defense EVs whenever you defeat one and Route 1 is full of pokemon with Attack EVs (Patrat and Lillpup.) If you infect your pokemon with Pokerus and let it hold the Macho Brace you can quadruple the amount of EVs you receive. 2 Def EV times 2 thanks to PKRS = 4 then double again by the Macho Brace = 8 EVs meaning 2 points of defense per Durant

take everyone in sport arenas, morimoto at game freak, your rivals and in black, black city. Then turn the time on your device to a minute on midnight preferably in the weekend because you can only fight Bianca in the weekends, and then repeat (you have to play the game when it turns over midnight)

Instead of doing that, I do an EV training first, then i equip my poké with an Exp. Share and finally I battle in Poké League. It does not take more than 3 hours I guess....

Thumbs up so pople can see this. 1. Have two games with you Black/White. 2. Unlock Eperience Power with three up arrows. Regester it. Have many Pass orbs to use it on the Elite four. Go to the Sunglasses wearing man on Route 13 and get 5 more Lucky Eggs. Give it to six pokemon in your party. Use the Pass Orbs on Pokemon Leauge (after main story) over and over. It will get them to Level 100 the fastest way possible. Only way i ever got a non-traded legit Level 100 actually (6 actually). lol :)

@MJYoshiMewGirl Also, you can level up by 1 every time you get over 500 points in one visit to the dream world (useful when you get to high numbers like 95 and up). BTW, you can get a lot of pass orbs and unlock all the Pass Powers if you control both games at once (without someone moving around in the other game). And one last tip! Whenever you can, press A right in front of a pokemon center once you are in the other persons world because there is usually a pass orb there! lol :)

holy crow man you rule my pokemon levled from lvl 20 to lvl 36 in less than in hour with you little cheat but holy crow man if you were at my front step i would give you my wallet and by the way did you know that if you press the A button five times, B button five times, Y button five times and X button fivve times near the grass but just out of it's view you will get triple EXP and if you have the lucky egg to so that makes it multiply your EXP by six so try it out man!!!

Easiest way i found is get a gym leader, battle them, kill all there Pokemon but the last and let it kill everything you got, you black out. Repeat that and you get XP on killing them each time. ;-)
