The Oprah Winfrey interview was in February of 1993 so this show probably took place shortly after that interview. This show is from 1993. MJ married Lisa Marie in 1994 I believe. He married Debbie Rowe in 1996 I believe. I do believe that he was a virgin until he married Lisa Marie, but I think that their marriage was consummated. (meaning they had sex). I don't think he did it with Debbie Rowe. They never lived together. No other women have claimed to have had relations with Michael however.
