I personally do not agree with all the name calling in the comments (although it is humurous to read). I do not believe that a "big foot" exists. I most likely never will, until irrefutable proof is provided (e.g., bodies, captured one, etc.). I do agree that scientific research & study are requried for any discovery, along with a lot of searching and tracking. Just this very last night I watched a DVD episode of Discovery Channel's The new Detectives show from 1998, and what did I see - one 1982 case I believe from Texas where a young guy murdered an old woman. He took two, yes two, polys and passed them both. Had to be let go and he wasn't caught until five years later. Besides, it's known that BubbaH's test was staged for some religious backed TV show.

I don't think that Melba Ketchum is a fraud, and she says that there really is great evidence coming. She doesn't get into detail about the hunter story as far as I know, so maybe there's another explanation of how she was able to get the DNA evidence. And it is supposedly the good kind of DNA (mitocondria-spelling?). She insists that the long wait will pay off.

Patterson and Gimlin said when they first saw the Sasquatch it was crouching beside the creek. They said as they filmed it it was walking across a sand bar. Its feet were probably wet and the light colored sand stuck to the bottom of its feet giving it the light color. Also, you said "his feet"...this Sasquatch has breasts so it's probably a female.
