That was the weather on Ceahlau Mountain, Toaca peak, Romania on the 30 th of december 2009 and on New Year's Eve and the afternoon before! I miss that wind!

I have stood in that ring in the summer and enjoyed a wonderful July view while visiting during a presidential traverse.
