On another note, I think there's pretty good evidence that ghosts are real. It's unfortunate that mainstream culture hasn't developed a good way to deal with them.

That is some freaky shit Steph! My uncle came to visit my newborn son 3 weeks after he died. Then 2 months later my ex-husbands aunt came to visit my son while we were at my ex-mother in law's home 200 miles away. She had died 3 months before my son was born. {{{HUGS}}}

I wanted to share with you that when you come in contact with a lost spirit you need to say out loud " go home go to the light" They are trapped and scared ot go to the other side. try getting some sage and a white candle and clense your home. I have never seen a ghost to date. I don't rule it out. The house I live in, we are the only owners and have lived here 30plus years. After my father passed in 92, I did feel his presence for a time around me. I agree with you about evil. I have seen family members in my own immediate family cause upheaveal, drama just for the sake of doing so and reveling in the results. This behavior has cause a great deal of pain in the past year.
As a child and as an adult, I have experienced apparitions several times. I never felt like they were there to harm me. I just showed respect and acknowledgement. And asked them to Go In Peace. Something I learned from my Grandmother.
