It went a lot of years before the first crash though, dropping bombs in Serbia, Afghanistan and Iraq. Flying non stop from the western part of the US to the Indian Ocean non stop (8 mid air refuelings) Many many years of service and this is the first one, it's to bad it happened for sure.
