Looks like ti would roll over and with no brakes it's a nice redneck ride on grass only.

Would have put it much lower to the ground, kicked the wheels out wider and added a friction brake.

if it NEEDED an new plug, it would not run.. just about any plug will work in any engine, and the reason it,s running "rich" is because your high speed jet adjustment is off... lift it up, and run it at full throttle... you can hear the motor not running as good as it should... next find the high speed jet, and turn it back and forth till you hit the "butter zone"...very easy to do if you know what to do

Id never sell my mod projects - people are just too sue happy nowadays. Id either parts and scrap them before selling them.

Thats the same basic setup im doing on my wizard- 5 or 6.5HP horizontal shaft motor, go kart clutch, real low , straight rear axle and brakes - also will get steel 6" wheels - ill beef up the chassiswhile building it for the second phase - a twin cylender horizontal shaft......

Dude I love the idea of you riding your own machine that has so many safety issues. If you are keeping it then don't change a thing. If you are selling it for a kid to enjoy you have to have brakes and a mesh floor.

looks good man. this is exactly what i had in mind for our kids, our kids would love it. i started a new project and the plan for " brakes" is the old paddle rubbing on the tire. you'll push or pull a lever and a pivot will apply a rubbing on the tire.
