I actually prefer shows without the fake laughter. I never did like having to listen to a bunch of pre-recorded idiots-I want to hear the actors, and actresses.
Stuntmen aren't paid to be lunatics, they're paid because of their familiarity with the equipment and methods that make apparently loony activities into safe ones. So this is a more plausible scenario than it appears.
@highestsettings I found this really funny without a laugh track, it's more like you didn't find it funny without the laugh track. Everyone is different.
@chailizard Yeah mate. OK basically, stunt men are trained professionals at doing stuff that looks/is painful and/or epic. The joke is in this scene how the agent suddenly has an awareness of this danger and questions it. Hahaha, get it? If not let me know man hahahahahah
Wouldn't falling off a horse be trivial in comparison to the things most stuntmen do? Or is that the whole point of the the sketch? :P

@PaladinswordSaurfang
That's the whole point. Well, even if you don't find the joke funny at least you recognised the punchline.

You see how really unfunny this is when there is no laugh track.

@highestsettings If you need the help of a laugh track to tell you when something is funny, then yeah, I suppose the world would be a dull place.

@Anergyne I don't, it just accentuates the fact it's not funny when there isn't even fake laughter.

You know stunt men are in the business of safely doing things that make them appear dangerous.
