She deserved the OSCAR but this speech seems soooo incredibly fake. It doesn't take a movie maker to get that she preared it well, looking at her mirror dozens time to see how it was. Ok many others did it, but she did it so that she could not show any REAL part of her inner personality... She probably prefers to hide it, because she is too vulnerable. Sometimes when actors act, like she did, they show much more of themselves than they think....But of course, this is just a guess.

Although it was a supporting role, she was fantastic. And what is the saddest part is that out of the performances you listed only 2 of them won Oscars.
