I am hoping that someone, maybe MAAK?, would put together all the old footage they can find and make an Akhal-Teke video

That would be nice. The BBC have all the Olympic dressage performances from those years in the archives, Tokyo was in particular well documented. Also footage of Sugun in it's entirety, where he competed at Atlanta in the 3 Day event is there.

It's also possible to get the footage researched and obtained from the IOC but it comes at a price ;)
