There should really be a study done to determine the feasibility of a possibility for the creation of a "Dept. of Redundancy" Department. A "Department of Redundancy" Dept. could handle any overflow not handled or previously determined to be unhandled by the "Office for the Elimination of Bureaucracy" Bureau.
