i have been wondering for the past 2 weeks.. how did you get just the blacklight on your face and soo it looks like its floating and you didnt get the whole room light in blacklight???

I put a black sheet up for the background, turned off all the lights and was pretty close to the camera. I also then played with the brightness and contrast settings in Adobe Premiere Elements to make it darker.

they message you on youtube and they make a list of the winners on this video here in a comment then they comment your video and say you won.. then they send you the link to there pdf file which is the elgibility form in which then you have to convert it to a readable document form with a pdf converter.
