Kosol's biggest fault is that he doesn't understand that public schools have become bastions of politically correct (liberal) factories that had no standards due to hippies becoming educators in the 70's, 80's and 90's! Other countries dwarf us because of the no-standards-ideologies of teachers who quit pot and thought they could teach....
