Heya, thanks for this. It worked. It worked for one sound file. But now any time I try to do it again, it doesn't change sounds. The problem I have is, when I drag the file over to Melodyne, I don't get those lines that connect. The up and down lines, I'm not really educated enough to tell what they are. And because of this, even when I go to "pitch modulation -> select + a -> double click -> formant tool to 150, it still sounds the same.

@F1n1sh3d Yeah, seems to cause a problem every now and then. Go back to AT&T and try create the text again or (works more often) try use some different words. The text to speech occasionally messes up with some words.

Like TPArchive, I keep getting a single line pitch... It's really frustrating. I already have a message planned out but it's always a single line pitch. So I revised it many times and the same. I put a song lyrics and it gives me the pitch with multiple levels. This AT&T site hates me!!!

@TheMakibii I dont blame it.... Sorry, I had to say that. And yes, it is very annoying at times. You can always give other text to speech editors a go, they may not have as good of a result though, AT&T is always the best one I have found.

@TPArchive I think AT&T is the best choice when recreating a glados-like voice so I'll keep using it. And I figured out about my single pitch problem.. My message has four sentences in it and there's this one sentence that ruins everything. So I revised that particular part then BAM! I got it!! haha! Thanks!

@TheMakibii Yes, it does appear that some particular phrases cause problems with the text to speech portion. Its best to try and re-word them as best you can, basicaly trial and error until you get it right.

@TPArchive good one bro. I managed to do it the first time, it was successful. However, I was unable to do it again. The second time i put a sound clip into Melodyne, the pitch levels is exactly the same. There r no other pitch level, just one long single bar

@lee99955 Yes, this is sometimes the case. I happens completely randomly sometimes. Just start again and the pitch levels might be the same. I think its either a bug in molodyne or with the audio AT&T give us. This does work 95% of the time so there isn't much worry.

@ikeepitprivate I have had people tell me that not all sound cards will support stereo mix on the list. Just be sure you right click and select "show disabled devices" and "show disconnected devices". This is shown at 3:37.

Im guessing you are referring to how to record the audio played on your computer. From a quick google search i found set the input in audacity to wave out. Please research further aswell.

Hey this is not working for me, when i drag the audio file into the program it does not have any sort of default pitch change. The audio track is just stays on "F" with the sounds spikes. Help?

@PlanetTous From what i have been told by some other viewers is that if the audio file you are putting into meoldyne is too long then the pitch level will stay the same. The basic solution is to shorten your text you put into the text to speech editor. I suggest just cut it into parts and do it one after the other.

Also occasionally when I save an AT&T labs download I open it in melodyne only to find that it looks bizarre (extremely flat with no differences in pitch showing despite the audio being perfect) and can't be adjusted like the others. Is this some kind of hiccup that happens occasionally?

@PortalJumper98 Im afraid that this video is all the help I can offer. Getting it right sometimes does take several tries to get it 100% the way you would like it. I suggest you try watch the video in detail, and just try again.
