@mscherm013 Looks like they probably had a USAF liaison setup a landing for them to film. If you look at about 0:10 seconds in, to the right and bottom of the frame, you see it says that there's an active runway in the direction behind him. These are commonly found on the roads going around military bases with a runway. Given the scrub desert, I'd guess this is somewhere in the South West, maybe Nellis, but I honestly don't know where it's at.
