2. If thw TW hack will work will I still be able to play my old burned games?

3. After I finish with the TW hack can I delete that file from the Wii and put back the real TW file to continue playing TW?

a regular one that is about 2gb well i don't know i just read the README file and it said 2gb

As far as I know you'll just need a random SD card. Doesn't matter what kind of card. But you'll need to format it to FAT-16...

I'm dutch, but for everyone who isn't...

You don't need a modchip... The hack just makes the game sort of crash after which it'll go to some sort of installation menu to install the Homebrew Channel. After the channel is installed your Wii should be able to read burned DVDs... I don't know much besides that, I also don't know if you'll be able to play copies of original Wii-games...

sorry I made mistake I mean if you don't have the game but you have a philips DVD and you burn the game on that empty disk can you then play it on the Wii 3.1E???????

If your Wii isn't modded but like original from the store.... then the answer is no.

I guess the guy who made this movie already had his Wii modded by a chip because otherwise it wouldn't be able to read burned DVDs (only stamped DVDs which are licensed by Nintendo)

Not true at all. You just have to have a certain DVD burner and some freeware that someone put out online to do it (Although waiting for it to burn is horribly slow.)

Nope... you can download two kinds of images: normal .iso files and .wii files.

The .wii files will have to be unscrambled before burning. But if you have an .iso file you can just burn it on a regular DVD burner and play it with your 'patched' wii via the Gecko backup loader.

Actually, the Wii is able to play DVDs, and burned games WITHOUT a ModChip. Wiigator's Backup Launcher, and MPlayer with DVDX.

@WiimediaNL Small but extremely deadly, i had to send my Wii in for repairs, lost EVERYTHING. So i guess it's a big problem but i'd still do it, i aint paying so much money for Wii Virtual Channels.

i have a question. does the twilight hack contain the USB gecko? i've been asking people for the last 3 months now to get a straight answer. and can the usb gecko in the twilight hack (if it has usb gecko) hack other games by using a debug menu? for example, super smash bros. melee had a debug menu when using usb gecko. can you explain that?

That's not possible (at the moment :P)

However, the Twilight Hack can be used for Homebrew, with a SD card, but also with the USB Gecko. I hope you got a answer on your question now.
