ok please excuse my ignorance but what is the aim of this clip?? you are gorgeous and i just watched your pole routine- absoloutly remarkable- ive been doing pole for a little bit and am in intermediate 3 now but the way you hold yourself up is amazing! well done- no wonder you got confused in this video though- i would have been very dizzy- great practice for pole though!
