I was testing your knowledge of what the Talmud was. First, off its not one book (but a collection). Second there are two types of Talmuds that Babylonian (I believe has 72 books) and the Yerushalaymi (Jerusalem). The Talmud not only is a collection of laws, but has moral stories and practices (mathematics science etc). The Talmud is one of many explanations and commentary of the Torah. So in short the Talmud is the Torah it comes from the same source so its one and the same.

All we hear is "the poor jews are suffering" when an argument against the Zionist regime and that nothing you do is illegal or immoral. A Zionist who claims to be a jew is a contradiction and I'm sorry if you presume that Jews are suffering is a poor excuse to support what Israel is doing. If the United States were facing daily rocket attacks from Canada into Chicago and Detroit from a country who's stated intention was to wipe the US off the map and kill all Americans, I think you would be singing a different song. The Palestinians you seem to defend so readily, Palestinians who voted for Hamas, would (if given the opportunity) just love to bring their brand of hatred to the US and convert you all at the point of a gun to their particular brand of Islam.

Well the US doesn't face daily rocket attacks from Canada into Chicago because the us doesn't cut off their water, food and electricity supply. The us also doesn't discriminate against Canadian people, they don't kill innocent Canadians for not reason, they don't demolish Canadian homes, and then rebuild them for American's only, they dont have ILLEGAL SETTLEMENTS into Canada as well. So as u can see unlike ur country that does everything it can to provoke palestinians, the use doesnt do that.

The Americans built 'their' country on not only provocation but violence. I don't suspect the native American Indians particularly enjoyed their land being taken, their women being raped, and being ultimately herded off onto 'reservations'. I am not sure what you mean by your absurd allegation that 'my country does EVERYTHING IT CAN to provoke Palestinians'. I live in the UK and, like most observers here, consider that the response of Israel was disproportionate.

What Hamas fail to understand (or maybe they do!) is that Israel is as a matter of hard, cold fact, not going away. You can whine all you like about 'Zionism' but until that simple truth is accepted there will be no forward motion on this issue. I think most Arab states understand this principle, even if they may not publicly want to say it. If a people (the Palestinians) wish to maintain to the death that they want the obliteration of another country (Israel).....ctd

The blunt truth is that Hamas are extreme fundamentalists who thrive on violence and rhetoric, and who even large swathes of the Arab world don't want to touch with a bargepole for very good reason. If Palestinians voted for them, so be it. You get what you wish for, my friend.

All we actually hear are how much Palestinians are suffering, but failing to understand that by voting for a murderous Islamic group that holds democracy generally, and the west particularly, in contempt, they are bringing damage upon themselves.

If Hamas had their way, your precious democracy would be over, and you would be forced at the point of a gun to get yourself down to the mosque daily or get a bullet through your skull, Plenty of people in Gaza (yes, Palestinians) have faced that fate by Hamas murderers.
