@zoockalu I found out! You have to hit the throwing knife button as soon as you shoot. Basically just try to press them at the same time. You have to hit the throwing knife a fraction of a split second just after you shoot so it will tilt the screen and throwing knife. When you get a kill like that you can see that you shoot but in the kill cam or final killcam it will always be seen as you didn't shoot.
