  • Great video. Thanks.

  • @CarloDavid

Really? Thats a great news dude! That program

    offered by the site

    AmazingAbs.info

gives complete information about its scientific

explanation on how to eliminate about its scientific

crazy types of body workouts and ofcourse, the

mindset tricks that you'll need in order to maintain

the perfect body for long term.. How great it is to

    have tried this program..:))

  • how much cardio should one do in a week?

how long a work-out in cardio should one do?

  • @DaBizness13 At least 3 times a week and at least 30 minutes each time. More is better. Variety is good. Running/jogging is really good.

  • @Fliptown how did you comment then

  • @Fliptown HAhahahahahahahahhahahahah

  • @Fliptown what's her number?

  • lol this idiot absolutely dont know how to train..this bullshit is more 4 higher abs i mean under the breasts, but training lower abs is absolutely different i cant believe...if i dont kno how to do sumthin i dont post the video of it! sry for my english

  • P90x does these moves

  • Going for long runs and working out is not as efficient as doing intense running, so sprinting and working out regularly gets rid of more fat than longer, less intense runs. Just a bit of advice :)

  • hey, one question... when i try this, my legs seem to be doing all the work... :S any suggestions?

  • @marcolikespotatoes at a guess i'd say you're not leaning back and are sitting too upright - also you're maybe pulling with your arms instead of just stabalising yourself

  • hi...im les whitley

  • skinny as fuck abs arn't real abs... I hate teenagers who do nothing, eat unhealthy and hardly even exercise who boast about having 'abs'. They don't realise that you will eventually lose them as you enter adult life as their metabolism slows down. Good luck

  • @Someblink182vids Right on.

  • Comment removed

  • can this be anymore boring

  • woo woo i never said i didnt work out, i work out alot i just dont eat healthy

  • @ryan215553 lol same here. i guess it just balances out, huh. I'll workout as long as it takes, but I'm certainly not going to give up my awesome food routine!

  • ok have a nice day then

  • yeah because your skinny as fuck!

  • everyone has abs its just that you need to burn the fat layer that covers them but not everyone has 6 pack abs as it comes down to your genes because some people naturally have either 8,6,4 or 3 pack abs

  • @occellot i have natural 8 but my lower 2 arnt that visble :( it looks like a 6 pack with fluff hanging over the bottom. and that is soo ture lol

  • @HyP3rxMiTchXx0 yeah everyone has them itss just the fat that hides them :)

  • @occellot some times it sucks. i try to run everyday and work about ablout 5 times a week but i just cant burn enough fat from my chest and stomac

  • @HyP3rxMiTchXx0 my problem is is that im 15 and as your body prepares to grom (growth spurt) it trys to store and retain fat (puppy fat) so it has the ability to stretch out the fat and i go jogging and do cardio vascular exercises everyday but none of the puppy fat that my body has gathered will go away but once i do have this ''growth spurt'' i know i will have a visible ''sixpack'' (abdominal/oblique muscles tissue wall) as i can feel it if i tense and go over it withh my hand

  • @occellot i know what you mean by putting your hang on it. it sucks doesnt it?

  • @HyP3rxMiTchXx0 yeah it gets tedious but still i have to keep doing the exercises daily even though i cant see them anymore because when the ''growth spurt'' does occurr i dont want to have to redo the hard work to get them again because it took me 8 weeks and i got them round about christmas last year but i play a lot of football(or soccer) so i lost a lot of the fat quickely :)

  • this is wrong sorry. He should be lying down against the floor. The abdominal muscles do not cross below the hip joint. What he is working is his psoas mucscles which isnt even part of abdominal muscles.

For rectus abdominus workout, lie flat against floor and do isometric leg lift

  • @416Twilighter can you link me a video I cant figure out the exercise your describing

  • he is look like Perluigi Colina.

  • it burns my thighs more than my lower abs, am i doing it wrong?

  • @xtdk2010x Nope. That happens when you work your core.

  • Thanks I am working on stubborn fat around my torso probably from too many gummy bears and cake. Your videos are helpful and encouraging keep up the great work. ...

  • go for a tan you white piece of shit. LOL

  • shaved legs... This video doesn't seem convincing.

  • you are a teacher or the guy that a want to see doin exercise, please move on!!!

  • you train them all as a hole :D

  • i dont eat healthy and i have abs! so ha!

  • @ryan215553 by abs do u mean really thin long abs that a skinny little five year old has?

  • cough* the only way to have abs is to not have fat on your mid section cough* Lesson over. -_- and everyone has abs kid, so really it doesnt matter how they look as long as there fucking strong, thats to me any ways

  • @ryan215553 wat are u a skinny ass teenager?

  • yes i am a skinny teen and im proud of it :) better than being a weak fat ass like your self.

  • @ryan215553 weak fat ass? im the strongest guy on my football team and i run 4.9 40 at defensive end

    yea im weak

plus id rather be a fat ass then all bone

  • Right -_- your the cool guy on youtube

  • @ryan215553 yup im cool guy on youtube and im the guy u fear on the field

  • XD pathetic dude

  • @93Dwightfreeney lol fear on the field... keeping eating fatty.

  • @93Dwightfreeney team must be weak

  • @ryan215553 You just have a high metabolism. I was the same way as a teen. 6 feet and weighed 115 pounds. I was skinny, but because of that I had great abs. No matter what I ate I was a rail and never gained weight. It was great, but I wouldn't be so cocky kid. When you get older your metabolism will change. Mine did and enough so I lost my abs. Now it's abs and 1 hour of cardio a day. Remember, you need to lose that layer of fat or you won't see your abs no matter how much you do ab exercises.

  • @ryan215553 : I also have abs.. but my belly is hiding'em up... =)

  • @ryan215553 yeah because your skinny as fuck

  • and im proud of it mother fucker

  • @ryan215553 are you a teenager cause you rabs will leave soon if fyou are

  • @ryan215553 It's because your very skinny and in need of weight training.

  • nope and we have already established that im skinny :)

  • @ryan215553 what you mean is apps

  • go hate on your self you jealous faggot

  • @ryan215553 Yea me 2 I'm just keeping them warm with a layer of fat

  • dudes count girls dont

  • @pkcrashsite That's what fat people say. I'm talking fat men. like you.

  • @R0ssMacPherson lol. hes right you know, same principle, everyone has abs, just matters about body fat

  • @ryan215553 Well it's one thing to have abs, and another to have a chest. Abs are nothing without a chest. Gotta have both.

  • @FelixFlywheel chest and abs are nothing if you don't have biceps, triceps, lats, or deltoids!

  • @ryan215553 no. You are just skinny and you can see them. You have a skinny pac. doesn't count.

  • @NorCalibrator I think hes talking about his ribs, just sayin'

  • @cookiemonster94 I have the same problem a lot of the time.. I think we need to gain a grip of weight so we can get some padding on our tail bone

  • These excersises always hurt my tail bone! :(

  • @coookiemonster94 get a mat..or something like that.

  • or you can just tone up by drinking beer

  • @swaGGer2k10 thats accualy true, 1 beer a day is benefic for your body

  • uhh! well this is my number one problem

wen i start doing an excersise its going good then someone comes along

and says ohh you have to do something elsee and then the chain just

goess on and on and on! like wen does this stop!

  • @vanessablahh well one way to do it is to pick three and then do each 3 to 4 times a week for a month then change it up and try another routine for the next month. After the three months you go back to the first routine. This way the muscle group will not become accustomed to one thing and the exercises wont become ineffective and you wont get bored. The fact that you´re doing anything at all is half the battle.

  • so does this mean if i have an ab workout routine and i eat relatively healthy i will get a six pack? haha

  • @foodhood u have to do cardio, not only abs

  • @ferari912 yeah i play rugby alot! and do Ju-jitsu, so i am healthy. would that stand for the cardio? im injured now though :( so difficult to stay in shape! and i do swimming :)

  • @foodhood sure, that stuff will help because both of those involve using your core. But spefically to get your abs to show, you must not only gain muscle by situps, but you have to loose the fat in that area. the only way to do that is to decrease your body fat percentage, and the sports you play will help, but aerobics is the ultimate fat burner. if you're healthy and active already, getting abs should be an easy task for you, just keep at it and never give up.

  • Thanks -,..,-

  • This is a good one I can do whilst at work. Great advice at the end also..thanks

  • Very helpful

  • cool thanks

  • everyone add sum hanging knee raises for more results

  • Wow thats a great exercise!!!

Im doing it on the floor and its easy, and i can feel a great burn. THANKS.

  • this works great! Thanks!

  • And you can do this on the floor?

  • this guy was to the point. actually helped.

  • My left hip hurts every time I have to do something like this that involves lifting my legs off the floor. Does anyone else experience this?

  • Some people just see results quicker depending on your testosterone level and protien intake

  • @DeadStrike13 nah but just pointing out you failed to insult lol. aw don't cry we all make mistakes LMFAO.

  • I think this guy shaved his legs, eeeuuuuggghhhh.

  • @jenevajones991 I doubt it. It's probably just the resolution of the camera and the fact that he doesn't have a lot of leg hair or the color of the hair to begin with.

Fuck, if people are looking at me from far away, they ask me if I shave my legs, but once they get close, it's pretty obvious that I don't.

Unless of course he did shave his legs. Than that would be weird.

  • just some info for people who aren't getting results: you have to work out for more than 30 minutes to actually start burning fat. the first thirty minutes is burning food calories not fat calories and if your muscles burn then you need more oxygen. You are required to breath :)

  • Lol...

  • Can you do this on a chair?

  • lol my nuts!

  • I'm in fair shape, and do not care if my abs are ripped, all I care about is a flat tone stomach, and even with that simple goal, it was hard work. I'm now a 36 year old man with a strong, lean body mass, and a flat stomach that I no longer have to suck in at the site of a pretty woman, ha ha.

  • He looks like he shaves.

  • This is gonna be the perfect thing for me to do after surgery

  • the person saying junk food is more expensive than natural foods is an idiot

yeah fruits are cheap, but what about meals? chicken in the store then making a natural chicken salad, as opposed to buying it at a fast food place, it'd be more expensive...

  • @SquishyCandyftw your an idiot

  • @DeadStrike13 it's "you're" try again dumbass LMFAO fail.

  • @SquishyCandyftw maybe hes showing ownership of his idiotic acts haha

  • this exercise hurts my legs

  • @chiconspiracy So ur gonna sit here and say that, yet i eat 3500+ calories a day (Meaning I eat a ton smart one) And I have 7% body fat and in the best shape of my life. you have absolutely no fucking idea what you are talking about, You mean to tell me, that doing Ab cardio doesnt do shit? yet i still have a solid six pack.. why don't you try and look good instead of throwing ur jealousy towards the ones that do, its called effort.

  • @exitwound

Called science chief. The amount of calories burned doing any kind of strength training is very low. Scientific fact. Even far more useful compound excercises like squats don't burn a significant amount of body fat. I know hardgainers who eat junk food all day and do NO excercise, and they still look like you. Where's your little theory stand for them?

  • @exitwound hey i work my abs everyday and dont see much result after 2-3 monthsi mainly need my lower abs to show through,...got any tips?

  • @rockstarmadness If you arent seeing results in 3 months, you arent working them out hard enough when you do. Idk if you only do at home workouts, or if you use a gym. I go to the gym and utilize all of the abdominal machines there. What I find that helps mine is, abdominal cardio first, then decently heavy weight last. when doing so, you can flex your lower abs more than your upper if you extend your back further than u would the a floor. Ex: stability balls have many possible workouts.

  • @rockstarmadness you have to remember that your abs are like any other muscle/ group, they need hit reps, low rep sets, drop sets and need time and REST dont do them everyday for months on end, they need rest to grow.. you need to kno that you rip muscle fibres and when they mend they grow, hope i helped bro, if you need help or advice lemme know :)

    Prince

  • i'll try this out, thanks. :D

  • My new vid is up. Come check it out and grab your free ebook.

  • as if i needed the subtitals to help me do a workout.

  • @FLUFFYPANTS5000 lol maybe some people are deaf ?

  • thanx nice video i'm working my abs i'm having a lot pacience

  • Lol i'm 13, i've still got the six pack i had in first grade...

Except now, it feels like jelly. Used to feel like rocks lol

  • Yes, it definitely takes patience when you start out with a lot of belly fat. Will try this exercise. Thanks

  • @LanaBanana1995

I see far more women talk about "getting rid of those stubborn love handles" or "toning the back of the arms." Eating better will take care of "excess carbs" to begin with. Flapping a weight around to "tone" like I see misled fools doing all the time, or even doing something useful like running doesn't even begin to contribute as much to fat loss as simply eating well. I have nothing against women giving weight loss advice, as long as it's scientific. Science > toning myths.

  • Good exercises but I thing you gave away the real key to getting abs at the end! Patience and consistency.

    Nice video though

  • I have worked really hard to get the weight off from having a baby, but I couldn't get rid of the 'mommy tummy' This exercise really helped. thanks.

  • its hard when healthy foods are expensive T-T

  • Not really.

Junk foods/high fatty/high sugar foods are more expensive compared to all natural foods.

An apple compared to a bag of chips is a whole lot cheaper.

  • lol

  • if we're talking about meals some free range or organic chicken is more expense then some frozen dinner or even a regular chicken. Then you have to take into account access. Every community in America (assuming that's where you are from) will have a little stores with chips, but all not even many have places with apples. And I don't live in a poverty by any means and I still have to drive a ways to go to Whole Foods. But only down the block to McDonalds.

  • @najifa7 It depends where you shop and what you're buying. Shopping for "organic" foods can be very expensive. There is a reason a lot of junk food is cheap. It will sell more to people who don't have the money to spend on something better for themselves. That is why fast food is such a plague for those whose income doesn't allow to shop more on the organic end. If a family of 4 can eat at a fast food joint for under $20, how is it possible to accomplish the same thing at Whole Foods.

  • @najifa7 1 apple = 1 serving... bag of chips = 10 servings

  • @najifa7 are you retarded?

  • @QuickTim3 are you retarded?

  • @najifa7 i am an apple irl tho y tho so y

  • @najifa7 to disagree a buy a bag of chips and that can last me a coupple of dayz but an apple last me 5-10 mins

  • @najifa7

there are alot of cheap low carb foods too, like eggs, cheese, fish, etc. People need to realize carbohydrates store fat post prandial because insulin sensitivity. Especially when you eat high carb late at night.

  • @najifa7 Umm not sure where you live but in Aus eating healthier is more costly than eating junk food

  • @FriedRice01 i feel u.... ny 2

  • @FriedRice01 Yeah, for realz! And fast food is definitely cheaper than some nice, fresh, organic fruits and veggies, that shit is expensive!

  • @najifa7

    not in my my country

  • @najifa7 lol except you get more out of a bag of chips quantity wise than with one apple.

  • @Atreyu8965 you could probably buy 2 or 3 apples for the price of a bag of chips tho. where i am its like .89 cents an apple .89 x 3 = 2.67

  • @gordon12121212 yeah but chips are bangin

  • @najifa7

    but meat is not

  • @najifa7 Actually nowadays that's not true. If we examine the cheapest possible calories per / certain amount fatty sugar foods would be definitely cheaper.

  • @najifa7 you can't compare a partial to a whole like that. A bag of apples costs more than a bag of chips. Just like a cookie costs less than a pineapple. Take your health facts and stuff em, with a Big Mac and a Baskin Robbin’s Large Heath Bar Shake. ~Analogies aren't meant to be used as scientific data.

  • ...................... so mcdonalds is cheap????

  • it's 10% and below

  • Thanks that was helpful.

  • I think the most akward part of core exercises at the gym is having your shorts fall down! IT PISSES ME OFF!

  • i know how you feel man

  • Yeah I know and then people see my pale legs and laugh! But they won't be laughing when I'm 80 and still have a six pack! MOOHAHAHA!

  • Exactly! I feel so bare! That, believe it or not, is one of the main reasons I started working out my quads! At least that will attract the 'right' kind of attention..

  • yeah i hate it whn i dont wear any underwear and my balls is hanging out like a black dude hanging out at ur car when ur getting ur grocery.

  • Well I don't really have that problem, and there certainly aren't many black people around here, so I can't say I agree, nor disagree.

  • lol balls hanging out. That's jokes!

  • lolllllllll omg u r soo wrongggg....y black people son?!

  • LOLOL

  • you absolutely correct....dats why I bought those spandex shortz...lol

  • @yourass117 haha yeah, especially if you go commando like me and your fucking nuts fall out.

  • @yourass117 or ride up your legs.

  • @yourass117 wear another tight shorts inside. works for me.

  • @yourass117 gotta get under-armor underwear for under your gym shorts. if you have pale hairy irish legs like me it works out well

  • @MrHurley795 LOL yeah, although mine are pale Scottish legs!

  • motivation is the key

  • This is easy exercise that can be done at the office. I am doing this everyday for now on.

  • my body fat is %7 but my stomach is fat. do i still need to do cardio or should i keep doing ab exercises. i've been working out abs but still no significant results. what should i do?

  • u should also do cardio. cuz if u just work out ur bad the thing is ull make the fat strong and harder to burn off, with ab workouts, so try to do alittle bit of cardio before and once ur warm up. do ur ab workout. but everytime do u try to change it up a bit to shock the muscle, and remember so see results sometimes it takes up to 6 months, i know its hard but it worth it. i hope this helps man.

  • @punkrocker0009

    thanks man

  • @coolillboi hey no problem. i just hope it helps. whatever u do dont drink whole milk worst thing u can do when ur trying to work on ur abs. also one more thing everyone is different and so some ppl might not get the model abs but still have strong abs. so keep that in mind if after awhile u havent seen the results u want.

  • @punkrocker0009 dude wtf r u talkin about!? ull make the fat strong??? is that a joke?. k first off working out is excercise, burning calories. working out builds muscle, muscle burns calories. so more working out the better off u r. but u will c better results incorporating cardio into ur workout. but strong fat... cmon

  • u can ask any trainer it really can become strong. the fat in ur abs is different from the rest of ur body. if ur a person that has a belly or is over weight every trainer tells then not to do any ab workouts. just cardio until there down into a good weight then start to do the abs. is not a joke. i wouldnt joke like that. @coolillboi if u can drink try drinking 2 percent milk i think its better then skin milk and alot better then whole milk when ur trying to get abs lol

  • your not 7 percent body fat .

  • doing crunches or any ab excercise will not help you take weight of your stomach. to be honest if your stomach is still fat then you do not have 7% body fat.

best bet is to just change your diet, get of bread, sugar all that stuff, excercise daily, stationairy bike high intensity, jogging, skipping, swimming (you get the picture) and you should burn of the fat. remember you can never spot reduce fat, sometimes last place it comes of is stomach unfortunatley.

  • @coolillboi ill let you in on a big secret!

abs are the same as any other muscle they take time, health diet, dont over train them! i only do mine 3 times a week and there great..you could also be retaining some water.. cut out bread and try eat brown pastas and rice a little cardio will help
