Go to freemode.

Put a star or object in the middle. Set its gravity and density to (a couple ot 10000s galaxy masses)

let 10-20 other galaxys orbit it. Preferably a mix of different galaxies to enhance later visuals.

Select the object with several thousand galaxy masses (which the other galaxys orbit) and either delete it by pressing the "delete button" or set its already overweight mass with 4or5 extra zeros.

Zoom all the way out and speed up time dramatically.

I love setting a small dense object to several milkyway masses but the size of a football stadion. Then add thousands of asteroids to it or even a galaxy. THen put the mass settings back to like 1 gram or so.
