Nice run...they were pretty even coming off the line. No expert, but the torque curve is probably quite different on these cars along with the gearing. Of course the Lambo is going to win top speed duel if the Mopar is even close to stock. Great video (and happily free of crappy music.)

It's all about preferences. I always thought drag racing from a stop to "prove" anything doesn't do that. I'm a Mopar guy through and through, and I love Lamborghinis, but what does this prove? For example, what top end could you get out of a stock Challenger with the heavy elephant motor? 130 before that front end is floating? The Lambo is barely getting started. How about 60mph to 150mph? There again, the Lambo would likely take it, as well as most thing that are not in a straight line

@TalbotEric I agree, they are pretty awesome, just insanely expensive. I love the Lamborghini Miura's design.. cant imagine the cost of one now though. But that was very similar in style to American muscle cars, kind of a Corvette mixed with a Camaro style. But of course, there are some really good and powerful Japanese cars. There's no doubting that. I just mean in terms of style, they lose. Even if it costs more, I'd rather drive a good looking car than a fast car that looks like a Prius.
