I am taking them to task for breeching my rights of privacy and am simply refusing to speak to them . i have an FOI request to cumbria county council to find out how much they have spent on Legal aid solicitors since 1997? how much on average per case? i will follow this with a request for how many times these legal aid solicitors have succeeded in returning the children to their parents.

Is the father beating the kid up, do u have evidence for it, if he is, or you made allegations that is father has beat you up and have you told your boy. I think it might also be a good idea attach the transcript to an affidavit - I think I read of a case where a transcript was submitted but the veracity of it was not sworn to and the judge therefore would not admit it as evidence.

Transcribe the tape. If the SS lie on a major scale, submit the transcribed evidence.

The judge can reject it.

One mum had evidence on tape that the SS had no concerns about her parenting, but the adoption bonus would buy her a new kitchen, which is why she was doing it.

Imagine a judge hearing that evidence??

I have been logging the texts etc from my husband & he agreed via his solicitor to stop contacting us but hasn't. The Judge is unlikely to hear your son (they don't like children in court). You can ask for your son to speak in Judges chambers, but CAFCASS might refuse.

Evidence. Tape, record. If he visits the house, call 999 - use the emergency services to tape him shouting outside. Police tape 999 calls and they become your "witness".

Keep all texts. Ask the police to verify with the operator who sent the texts. Keep all MSN Rants and abuse - give it to police as "evidence". Give copies. Keep originals at all times - off site at a friends house.

If the child suffers violence/abuse, contact is likely to be supervised.
