I'm not in line with all of the presented ideas and drawn connections in this movie, but the last scene in relation to other scenes in fight club is definatly very odd. The chances are unbelievably small that the movie predicted the events of 9/11 by coincidence. That in context with all the other odd scenes and some of the symbolism used, even the story line, speak for itself.

I'm not in line with all of the presented ideas and drawn connections in this movie, but the last scene in relation to other scenes in fight club is definatly very odd. The chances are unbelievably small that the movie predicted the events of 9/11 by coincidence. That in context with all the other odd scenes and some of the symbolism used, even the story line, speak for itself.
If it's that easy to make a conspiracy like this out of a movie, then bring up another example. I'm beeing anxious.

Why would 'they' put that in the movie knowing they planned to do it and at some point someone would have to notice? I'm not denying an organization like the Illuminate doesn't exist, just that some people see too much into things.

I don't think masons are evil in general, too. I can only guess on this, but i would say the masons at the lower degrees are the puppets and only partially initiated into the agenda.
What's interessting is, that the end in the movie is different to the end in the book where the bombs didn't go off. This would link to the director, and that's a man who goes by the name david fincher. He also made the movie seven.
