@vakgakka905 So what if he's wealthy? Should he stop eating and be a homeless so that you won't mock about it? Damn it...you made me post such a...comment :(
I liked Justin Bieber, then.. I listened to this and I was near to kill my self... why? BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL I WAS DOING LISTENING TO JUSTIN BIEBER! Holly Crap! THIS IS REAL MUSIC.
sure no doubt about it, R. waters has alot of talent, he always sucks me in with his riffs, he melodies and the poignant chords, but i can't escape the hypocrisy, a man so wealthy thanks to capitalism....yet so dictatorioal in every band he's been in, on the surface so liberal, yet running an empire so to speak, i mean come on, how condenscending....really folks, but keep listening
@LSDCoatedBrain Pink Floyd is, in my opinion, the best band to listen to while stoned. And LOL, I did the same thing too haha (including laying in the grass)
My husband took me by the hand and sat me down on the sofa. Ssssst he whispers just listen. I whas hookt and i loved this song ever since. My husband died last year, but i always have my memory of the time we spend together listing to this song.
I was fortunate enough to see Rog live in Vegas in 2000 and 2007, in Vegas. I will always remember the shows as the greatest live rock performances ever. The man is truly a born entertainer, and his legacy will endure.
I saw David Gilmour's "About Face" concert at the Beacon Theater in New York City in 1984. I had front row seats and was able to get his autograph on my program at the end of the show.
i love every thing he as done...floyd has all-ways been in my life but roger is the top man...just have a listen to home.....and that's clare torry singing...what more can we ask for
But David didn't write a decent song in all his career. Nice voice, godly guitar, but nothing to say. That's why Pink Floyd stops with The Final Cut for me. All 'so called' Pink Floyd songs after Waters are really shallow.
It's really the best song, also he could be the best singer,we still have David Gilmour, but the most important thing I much wonder about it is why do you say what you say about Roger&God,it makes you lose the sense&your spirit, you must pray&ask Allah forgivness,God bless you,Toto.
iv been listening to him since i was a toddler haha thanks to mum! :-)
she always promised me that if he came to NZ she would take me..............................well, i waited 14years, and then last year he came!!! but.....we had no money!!! :-( soooo sad. i love his music sooo much
i remember when i first saw roger, i was 13/14 (im 15 now) and it was at the hyde park calling.. and there was a massive screen up.. and the effects when this song came on were mind blowing! its still the best gig ive ever been too, and his musics just amazing!! one die-fard fan here!! ive seen him twice now ( both times on my birthday) and i'm sure i'll go again! this is REAL music. not the pop stuff everyone thinks is 'talent'.. anyone can sing coz of technology . but this musics pure gold!
@1michelemichele1 both my kids came with me to see roger twice they were 11 and 9,,,,,they c an still sing every word of every song ,,,,,alas they inta rap now but they still sing along to am,,used to death wen they come in ,,,,,,pigs 3 diferent ones is their fav
@1michelemichele1 I saw roger waters play the wall, Yea THE WALL. At the ACC in toranto it was so awesome and im only 13 so i loved it. But I'm more of a floyed fan but waters is amazing he was a larg part of pink floyd
=] I'm the same age as you and i agree with everythin you say but you mist one thing out. ROGER IS GOD! =] I saw him at the O2 arena on the last gig of the dark side of the moon tour from England :) i wanna see him again!!!
aha did i miss that? your totally right roger is god. and i saw him at the 02 area aswell on the 11th may. i remember it like it was yesturday :) && same! im def. guna go again. this is totally awesome none of my mates have even herd of him! lol x
it is a great song, very deep. Roger Waters is a musical genius hands down, Pink Floyd is my favorite band of all time and even when they split i started listening to his solo stuff and absolutely love it
oh, you've watched the matrix have you? I've done more research and decided that humans are ok until they have power, then they become monkeys and monsters
