Sounds to me like at around 3:05 the lady is saying "GOD is with me....GOD"......so maybe the title is not so random...also I believe if you listen to the previous 30 seconds you can hear Mr.Play himself saying something the kind.....I could be wrong but thats what I hear....good luck.
