Mr. Flesch giving monies to the Church does not determine if he gets declared. Giving monies to the Church does not determine if anyone is "Declared". Anyone declared or threatened with a Declare Order DOES NOT HAVE TO AGREE, life will not and does not end if you are declared.

Mr. Miscavage is not the ALL and his time is up. He should be "Declared" for the mishandling of the Church along with the other upper management. Management actions lent fodder and misdirects the public [Scientologist or non-Scientologist} to the workability of the Church. and I believe this is their intention.

That he has subverted millions of parishioner dollars to create the illusion of growth under his reign is a crime on its own; but that he has intentionally destroyed human beings, that he has turned certain Scientologists into a "mob of broken, mindless individuals, thus guaranteeing that no expansion [will] occur", this is a sociopathic criminal act that deserves more than simply inviting Miscavige to take all the money he wants and leave.
