The Bear's crying-laughing-crying is what made me proudly eccentric today. One of my earliest and fondest cartoons I ever watched. I remember watching this a million times on a VHS tape when I was a kid (with the poorest of all Finnish dubbing in the world...) and for the whole of my life, I have always hated that lazy neighbour from the bottom of my heart.

This cartoon is from one of VHS tapes in my collection and this cartoon does have the W7 logo from 1967 at the beginning and at the end of the cartoon. I guess something's wrong here. The short was originally in black & white and it was badly redrawn in color. This short was from 1941, but the opening and closing was from 1967-69 from the WB-Seven Arts era. Weird!
